Lovely hotel in beautiful part of Germany.

Great location, with safe off-street parking at the rear. Just a minutes walk from the bridge across from Keus to Bernkastel which is just beyond pretty and quaint. We were there just for one night, a couple of days before Christmas and caught the last night of the Christmas markets in town which was magical. We stayed in a very spacious family room on the top floor of the hotel which was warm and comfortable with separate two bedrooms and a large bathroom, almost like an apartment. The breakfast buffet was plentiful European fare and in a charming bright dining room. We would definitely stay again here the next time we are passing that area.

Nice size room on the top floor of the hotel, very nice German breakfast with friendly staff

The AC unit is in the hallway, to get the air moving it might be good to install some ceiling fans in each room, during extreme temperatures the hallway is cool but the rooms still stay warm

Nice and big room. Clean. Friendly owner. Good location, walking distance from all parts of the town. Good breakfast but limited for fruit.

Room was at second floor and I had to carry my heavy luggage. No lift, no bell boy. No kettle, coffee maker, fridge. But maybe this is standard for this kind of hotel (I am more used to asian hotels).

Great Location with free parking

Room was big for the age of the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location. Nice to have parking. Nice big bathroom with plenty of storage.

Restaurant is closed one day out of the week. No real reception desk person when we were there had to go to the kitchen for help. No concierge type help. No room service.

Fairytale hotel

Delicious breakfast with lot of options and all super good. Very kind and helpful staff. Great localition, just 300m from center, 200m from supermarkt and cafes /restaurants in the area. Private free parking closed and just outside. Decoration was so vintage, lot of antique beautiful furniture that could tell you a story of ancient days reminding you of the era of the Princesses and castles around.

Location is perfect off the old centre buzz easy to access by car

Booked a Studio with two bedroom, was expecting a lounge where you comfortably could sit, a room with some style. It is two double rooms with one bath, that's it. Different hotels we now stayed in have different approach how to handle the covid restrictions, most of them makes it relaxed easy to follow. These guys are almost obsessed with all detail down to the letter of regulation that makes is almost intrusive. Despite of this where we well taken care of.

Good selection at breakfast. Very friendly staff who spoke excellent english. Beds very comfortable. Champagne at our breakfast table for my partners birthday. Had an honesty wine fridge!

Gute Wahl

Die Lage war für uns ideal, wir konnten fußläufig zum Weihnachtsmarkt. Das Auto stand auf einem kostenlosen Parkplatz des Hotels. Bad und Zimmer haben eine wertige Ausstattung. Ein ansprechendes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal trugen zu dem angenehmen Aufenthalt bei.

le fait qu'il n'y avait qu'une couette dans la chambre car j'occupais la chambre seule, et une serviette dans la salle de bains. Je peux comprendre mais lorsque l'on est déjà seule cela rajoute encore plus de solitude. A noter que je ne suis pas seule dans ma vie.

Kleines aber gemütliches Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Bett. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und unsere Erwartungen wurden beiweitem übertroffen. Sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal. Die Lage in Kues ist prima, ca 150 m. von der Brücke entfernt, welche in die Altstadt von Bernkastel führt. Wir werden immer wieder kommen und können das Haus nur Empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Es liegt ruhig aber nah an der Mosel und dem Zentrum von Bernkastel. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Die Inhaber/Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Es gibt einen Gästekühlschrank. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden. Fahrräder können sicher untergebracht werden. Weineinkauf ist möglich.

Kussen / geen bar en vanaf 18.30 geen personeel meer. Wel erg rustig, weinig "levendigheid" als je in het hotel bent.
