Unfriendly and rude staff, good facilities and good location.

The location is good and rooms are well equipped.

The woman in the reception was so unfriendly and rude from first moment of our time in hotel till last minute. When we came back to hotel to pick our bags from reception, a dog was unleashed in the reception, and it was approaching to me. Although I was already myself confused about it, and not trying to touch or anything, she started to shout at me that I shouldn’t touch the dog. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional experience for me. On top of that, the price/performance of the hotel was not good, and this behaviour from staff made it worse.

Excellent location with some very good wine activities nearby. Close to bus or bike rental for exploring the region. Nice and quiet rooms.

Room was a bit hot, a fan was provided though which did help.

All in all it did meet my expectations. The personal touch of the owner made it very nice.

Breakfast was on the terrace, nicely taken care of. Owner couple is very friendly and give it all a very personal touch.

Room was very warm and pretty loud. when windows were closed it was ok but then the room was very warm again.

Location, Cleanliness

Owners could be a bit more welcoming - probably caused by stressing covid situation. Didn't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel, so no judgement of this possible. Preferred to have dinner outside (bit more inviting) in "real" restaurant. You hear the room neighbors in the bathroom very loud in the morning.

Modern eingerichtet, tolles Frühstück ABER ein Hundeproblem

Die Juniorsuite der top renovierten Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet.

Trotz einer kleinen Küchenanrichte ist es laut laut Hotelinfo nicht erwünscht eigene Lebensmittel und Getränke mitzubringen??? Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt und der Wasserhahn der Küchenspüle total verkalkt. Schade. Da in unsere Buchung Hotelfrühstück inbegriffen war, gab meine Frau nach unserem Bezug der Ferienwohnung den Frühstückszettel im Hotel ab. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt befand sich nur der Dackel Max im Empfangsraum und lief bellend auf meine Frau zu und biss Sie in die Hand!!!!! Als wir dann nach etwas Zeit feststellten, dass sich die Wunden entzündet hatten, suchten wir eine Apotheke auf, wo uns auch geholfen wurde, da die Ärzt im Jahreswechselurlaub waren. Die Hotelbesitzer darauf angesprochen bekamen wir nur den Kommentar, das hat er noch nie getan, kein sorry kein nix. Auch am nächsten und übernächsten Tag keine Nachfrage wie geht es ihnen und keine Entschuldigung. SEHR ENTTÄUSCHEND. ... und der Hund ist ein Problem und dürfte nicht frei herumlaufen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Das Bad war etwas klein, lässt aber keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel von oben bis unten sehr gepflegt und super sauber. Das Frühstück hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Das reichhaltige Buffet ist abwechslungsreich und liebevoll hergerichtet. Alles in allem: super Lage, tolles Haus, freundliches Team.

Ein tolles Wochenende an der Mosel

Die Lage des Hotel war klasse und die Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Beeindruckend war der Einsatz der Hoteliers. Das Frühstück für unsere große Gruppe so gut zu managen, war eine tolle Leistung. Alle waren sehr zufrieden; wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es wieder nach Traben-Trarbach verschlägt.
