Relaxing but expensive stay by the Mosel river

The location is really nice. The cleanliness is really great in the entire hotel and the rooms were spotless. The Sauna area is quite nice with many rooms for calming down. The staff are kind. The dinner was good and the bar of the hotel is very nice with cool cocktails. The hotel has fitness classes that the guests can attend and they are really great. The gym is spacious and clean as well.

It was quite difficult to find the parking of the hotel. When we eventually checked in and went to bring the car, the parking was full and in the end we needed to park the car outside in snowy weather and cold temperatures. The pool area is not that nice. The number of chairs is not really proportional to the number of guests and during the time we visited it was so crowded that we could not find any place. The water temperature is very low both inside and outside and in general the pool is quite small. The food quality for breakfast and lunch and pastries is not on par with a luxurious hotel really. Breakfast was very basic as well and not so many options. The dinner was fine but quantity-wise it was not great. For me the value for money is not really there. For what the hotel is and services it provides, it is extremely expensive.

Magical place to a weekend exploring the Moselle

Beautiful well cared for resort

The resort has a wonderful view of the Moselle and immediate access to the footpath alongside the river. The spa facilities are excellent especially the open air pool. The half board offering is a requirement and the food at breakfast and dinner was very good so we were very happy with it.

Enjoyable 2 night stay

Very warm welcome with a glass of sparkling wine. Very comfortable room facing the river and local landmarks. Food very good. Ate outside both evenings. Very substantial breakfast buffet. Location very good for touring the area. Plentiful parking spaces.

Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Clean and well equipped wellness center. Delicious 4-course menu in the evening: for the main you can choose meat/fish/veggie, for dessert savory (cheese) or sweet. Free parking space under the hotel is definitely a plus.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel

Unser Aufenthalt im Moselschlösschen war wirklich herausragend. Das Zimmer war top und man hatte direkten Blick auf die Mosel. Außerdem hatte das Badezimmer sowohl eine ebenerdige Dusche als auch eine große Badewanne. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und auch das Früchstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool- und Spabereich hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten uns auch das Private Spa für 3 Stunden gebucht und waren wirklich mehr als begeistert davon. Außerdem war das Personal überall sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat, war dass es teilweise doch sehr knapp wird mit den Plätzen (z.B. im Poolbereich sowie im Snackbereich neben dem Pool) wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Es war wirklich sehr voll immer und oft haben wir keinen Platz bekommen und mussten uns irgendwo anders niederlassen.
