We had a lovely mini-break in a cosy, comfortable and perfectly located hotel.

Breakfast vwas very good. Room was excellent, very spacious, windows were easily opened and it was easy to regulate the temperature.

Arrival was slightly problematic as the hotel closes on the day we arrived. If it hadn't been for the chance meeting of a fellow guest we wouldn't have known how to gain entry into the hotel. As it was, we still had some difficulty in alerting staff to our arrival. No problem once we were in!

Great location

Since it is family room, we have to go all the way upstairs. There is no lift, so if you have to carry big luggage it can be hard. However it is two floors, so manageable. There is two rooms so adults and kids can be seperate and a common bathroom. So the room itself is like a mini apartment and spacious. The location is perfect and right on the city and can see the river from the room. The Hotel and restaurant is a mix of German and Indian, so good option for delicious indian food which we enjoyed. The host family background is India and we had a great hospitality.

we drove on a car and it was hard with google maps, so we ended making couple of rounds before finding the spot. It is better that one park the car close to the river, which is public paid parking (as the hotel anyway doesnt have parking since it is small town) and walk to the hotel which is way easier. The entrance to the hotel is at the back of the restaurant.

Location is good but a lot of noice from street in the evening.

I didn't like anything. The hotel is like a museum showcasing the 1960ties.

A perfect spot to stay in Bernkastel, with best hotel amenities we have had in Germany.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Coffee, rolls, cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled eggs and juices. Room was very spacious, with room for luggage. Bathroom had shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Large windows on two sides. Noise from the bar down the street on Saturday night was distracting, but not unexpected. Sunday night was quiet. Staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. Look forward to our next stay!!!

A Lovely place to stay

Perfect location to explore the Mosel set in the middle of Bernkastel. Everything was clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful. There us a good menu choice for an evening meal and outside seating. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and excellent bread jam and loads more. Lovely dining room and good location for walking in the town.

Top room under the roof. Hike to get there. Sloping ceilings everywhere and church bells ringing all night. It was very clean though!

De ligging pal in centrum én de tussenkomst voor de parking alsook de vriendelijkheid.

Gewoon dat we om naar onze kamer te gaan wel een paar trappen moesten doen. De kamer zelf compenseerde dat wat.

Al met al een redelijk verblijf.

Het personeel was hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt prima.

Er is geen lift en dan is de derde verdieping voor ouderen een beetje veel van het goede. Het appartement is nogal gedateerd. De laatste trap behoorlijk steil. Jammer.
