A perfect girls getaway!!!

It was all wonderful!!! Our room was spacious. They treated my friend's dog like a paying guest!! He got treats, a bed, and a bowl with mat. The best was the room sign for the door reading that he was in the room alone. As for us humans, we loved the restaurant where we had a mid day snack and dinner with wine of course. Breakfast was super. We loved our spa treatments and the pool!!! Robes were fabulous and bed was comfy. We had plenty of small hand towels too. The staff was impeccable!!!

The only thing and NOT a deal breaker, was our shower. We had a hard time getting the overhead to work. The handle had to be turned without the handheld part in the way.

Excelent hotel , great stuff

Our room was large and had a beautiful view of the Mosel River, we had also a balcony. The breakfast was very good in the same room of the restaurante where we had dinner with some excelent Riesling

The staff was super super friendly! Good food and calm environment Beautiful location close to the river and vineyards The pool and sauna area was just perfect to relax Loved the room Easy parking On top of this, I selected the hotel to pass there my girlfriend’s birthday, and without me asking for anything, the hotel decorated our breakfast table with some birthday items, gifted her a small champagne bottle and a cupcake with a candle. I couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Thank you all very much.

Best breakfast ever and stunning views!

Situated in an absolute beautiful location with great views. The breakfast on the top 3 best breakfasts ever! Custom made omelette, strawberries and sparkling wine among other things on the breakfast meny! Great location for visiting Bernkastel, We walked in to town!

Some of the furniture in the common area are a lot more dated than the pictures show.

Great couole friendly wellness hotel by the Mosel river

The hotel is located on the Mosel tiver. It has a nice wellness area. The restaurant ssrves great dinner menue and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice balcony facing the river and comfortable bed.

Amazing breakfast, spa facilities, wine tasting in a winery nearby, room view of the Mosel river, late checkout for a small fee.

Dinner at the restaurant can be improved - just keep it simple, sauna opens at 13:00 but can be opened early in the morning, language barrier between the staff - more english speaking staff can be employed.

The spa with indoor swimming pool is beautiful! The personel is friendly and the service is very good. The rooms have a beautiful interior and everything is clean. The view from the hotel, restaurant and spa is stunning. The private parking is appreciated. You also can stay, eat or drink something on the boat 50m from the hotel, very nice!

If we adres the reception personel in English we would like an English answer. Luckily we understand a bit German. Not every receptionist speaks English. If you hire bikes make that the bikes are fully maintained. You can't be happy with paying 12 eur (one day) when you have no rear light, flat tires and your hands are fully black by setting the saddle height with a key. I had to use a little pump from a private owned bike, not done.

Wonderful stay at the Mosel!

Beautiful location at the mosel, very nice park around it, welness & spa also wonderful. We enjoyed our daily swim after an active day outside. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner and wine very nice. Eating outside at their terrace at the riverside was unique. The biergarten is equally well located and has good food. A good basis for trips in the area, all within good driving distance. The staff were very helpful and made our stay extra nice.

Un ou deux degrés de plus de la piscine auraient été appréciables. Porte sortie de piscine vers terrasse ne fermait pas bien, ce qui refroidit l'eau et l'air de la piscine.

Ein schönes Valentinswochenende

Beim Frühstück hatte man eine große Auswahl. Wir hatten Zimmer 206 mit schönem Blick auf die Mosel, jedes Zimmer hatte ein anderen Themenbereich. Unseres war Afrika.

Im Ruheraum war es nicht ganz ruhig. Und daß die Liegen stundenlang mit Badetüchern blockiert waren. Der Salzraum war leider zu kalt.

Moselwoche in Mühlheim

Ein nettes Hotel mit Restaurant und schönem Ausblick und Außenbereich direkt an der Mosel. Der Spa-Bereich ist groß und die Massagen waren sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot für jeden Geschmack etwas.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat einigen Reparaturstau.

Tolles Frühstück, frisch lecker und große Auswahl. Wir hatten ein schönes geräumiges Doppelzimmer. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant.

Wir hatten das Hotel hauptsächlich für ein Wellness-Wochenende gebucht, wurden jedoch leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Räumlichkeiten waren insgesamt deutlich zu kühl – selbst im Ruheraum herrschte keine angenehme Temperatur. Auch der Wellnessbereich konnte nicht überzeugen: Das Schwimmbad wirkt sanierungsbedürftig, die Raumtemperatur war zu niedrig und auch das Wasser empfanden wir als zu kalt, sodass Entspannung kaum möglich war. Besonders enttäuschend war die gebuchte Hot-Stone-Massage. Diese war aus unserer Sicht nicht professionell und eher mit leichtem Streicheln zu vergleichen. Von einer Ganzkörpermassage konnte keine Rede sein. Während der Behandlung äußerte ich freundlich den Wunsch, aufgrund mehrerer Operationen nicht am Bauch massiert zu werden. Darauf reagierte die Masseurin sehr unfreundlich und beendete die Behandlung unsanft, obwohl die Zeit nahezu noch nicht vollständig um war. Das Licht wurde kommentarlos ausgeschaltet, und ich wurde mit den Worten zurückgelassen, man lasse mich noch ein paar Minuten allein. Ein solches Verhalten empfand ich als äußerst unprofessionell. Gerade bei einem Preis von 95 Euro hätte ich eine deutlich höhere Qualität sowie einen respektvollen und einfühlsamen Umgang erwartet. Insgesamt entsprach unser Aufenthalt leider in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen an ein Wellnesshotel.

sehr tierliebes, sauberes und schönes Hotel. Gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, super sauber u das Zimmer (Suite) war schön groß u ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit zwei großen Hunden dort und diese waren stets willkommen. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sauber und groß. Nur das Schwimmbad (Wasser) und die Räumlichkeiten (bis auf die Saunen) waren uns etwas zu kalt. Das Frühstück lässt absolut keinerlei Wünsche offen. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig am Wasser und man kann schöne Spaziergänge machen.
