The bed was amazingly comfortable, we slept the best ever. The vibes of the room were very royal. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and so was the breakfast

The fact that the pool was closed for maintenance what we didn't know

The hotel is stunning - the drive up, the exterior, the interior, the staff it was all incredibly good. We travel a lot and when we entered the building there was great feel about the hotel. The gentleman on reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was keen to attend to our bags and welcomed us with a glass of champagne in the library whilst we sat and filled in our details. He told us a little about the building and what was available to us whilst we stayed. We had a lovely "wind-down" in one of the small rooms just through the dining rooms. It was a great way to relax before heading back out for dinner. When we returned it was nice to relax in the bar and sample a local cocktail the Mohsel Mule. The staff were super attentive, friendly and knowledgable. The receptionist was kind enough to let us take a sneaky peak at the wine cellar in the hotel just before we left.

The only two things that I would have changed about the hotel were the stairs to the bathroom... we were told that we had been given a very special room (as had our friends... right next door) with "some stairs" to the bedroom... turns out it was a large spiral staircase up to the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, the room was lovely - although it would have been nice to have had a desk in there. But clambering up and down that was a bit inconvenient. The other thing was the temperature of the pool - it was too cold for our liking - we were a little disappointed that'll we couldn't stay in there longer due to the temperature.

Such a beautiful place, the staff were wonderful and the food truly delicious. We had a very relaxing time by the pool and exploring nearby. Definitely recommend staying here.

The heating in my room did not work and it was about 16-17 degrees. Not acceptable especially not with a 2 year old toddler. Even after mentioning it twice, the hotel did not fix it immediately. Later only a small mobile heating unit was put in the room. When I escalated after dinner, they took one hour to determine the heating was defect and get the room to proper temperature with mobile heaters. That was 9.30PM! And mobile heaters were hot and dangerous for my kid. Biggest negative points: - why not in advance if your heating works? - why not offer an alternative room? - half-hearted apologies by the hotel director (I am sorry you FELT cold. What?) - refusal to refund the room rate (not worthy of a 5-star hotel) - CEO lying later on that the heating was fixed (then why use the mobile heaters?) - CEO and hotel director saying I used the service so I should pay (where to at 9.30PM? would you have refunded me if I went home?) I recommend the facilities and the staff. The management should learn how to manage a 5-star hotel. It is pathetic.

- Location is beautiful and the castle is wonderful.

- Our car was crushed by other guest in hotel garage. But the hotel staff did not help us and just took money for parking fee. - We must ask for Police. The police ordered the hotel staff to provide contact information of the criminal guest, but the hotel staff was not cooperative. - Security camera shows other guest hit our car and they confirmed our car was damaged and ran away. The hotel should take responsibility for crime caused in the hotel facility. - We booked the room with King bed, but it was 150cm narrow bed for 2 people. - Ruheraum Silent room near Sauna was always noisy with dance music. - Despite of expensive hotel, there is no bellboy to guide new visitors for parking and reception where we must carry our suitcases with long stairs.
