Not as good as our previous experiences of this property.
Breakfast was good. Nice surroundings and outlook over gardens from communal rooms.
Our room was very cold and not as nice as the ones we have stayed in before. Disappointed that we were unable to book dinner on our second night, as we have previously been able to do on arrival giving the necessary 24 hours notice.

Usually stay at the Holiday Inn but may return here from now on. Great place!
Great location, close to the town centre. Nice clean property, good pool and really Christmassy with lots of decorations. Felt very homely. Staff really friendly and helpful.
If I was being really picky there could be a bit more choice for breakfast but it was still good and there was no charge for our 4 year old having breakfast which was a nice touch.

Excellent hotel in a great location
This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful town. It was easy to walk to a restuarant and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were made very welcome. We had a dog with us and he was also made to feel welcome. I would definately stay here again

Lovely hotel
The hotel is beautifully decorated and the pool was gorgeous with lovely pool towels provided. Breakfast was a buffet with eggs cooked to order. It was warm and comfortable. Free parking on the road outside. Nice staff. Really liked it and would stay again.
It was a bit of a walk into town but not too far and it was very quiet at night, not a hotel where you’d have a drink in bar of a night.
