Comfortable, clean room right on the beach. Lovely pool & friendly staff

Location, sea view, swimming pool were nice.

The price of more than 250€ per night without breakfast was ridiculous. We had a boxy little room with a balcony we couldn’t use in November. The toilet flush only worked when you held your finger on it until it had flushed. The ventilation system in the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke so that we had to change rooms. We couldn’t have breakfast because there were no plant-based - vegan - choice for bread toppings at all! No houmous or plant-based cheese, or steamed peppers in olive oil etc. Because the hotel allows dogs, we saw a dog pee on the carpet outside our door. Staff did nothing about it even when we alerted them.

Great view, BUT not alot else to complement the hotel

The view from the balcony but it was spoilt by walkers going past and looking in !

The room sizes are reallly small! The bathroom was even smaller !!! The cost per night was well overpriced and not the value that we would expect !! We had breakfast on the first day and it was cold, there were no tables, had to clear one myself, no mugs!! But to cap that there were customers walking around in the robes, sitting down to breakfast and walking through the Resturant. As you might expect I will not be going back

Disappointing sadly.

The location was very good. Lovely sandy beach that was dog friendly.

The staff in the restaurant seemed very poorly trained. It took ages to get served and then the meals weren’t what we ordered. They were very defensive and absolutely no apology for the wrong food. Breakfast we very chaotic with people waiting ages for plates and very poor range of fruit. Bananas were totally green and unripe. Our bedroom was a very long way from reception. And sign posting in the hotel to rooms was very poor

Enjoyable but could have been better.

Room was adequate with a good view over the shore and sea. Location was ok, bit far from the main area of town. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Menu was limited for vegetarian.

The room was at the end of a long corridor, about 10 metres I would say. Bad for my wife who has difficulty walking sometimes. Swimming pool was not in operation, a main thing for a spa hotel.

Beach front, a few minutes walk from the main streets of shops and bars. Rooms are small but adequate and clean. Nice bar area and a small private area of the beach with half a dozen sun loungers.

The view and the cleanliness. The bathroom was stunning and I loved our balcony and view.

Perhaps for safety and confidence of the guests, install cameras in the car park.

Short break in Le Touquet

Location and view were exceptional. Restaurant and staff very good Facilities good. Local chilled water available. Rooms and bed were very good . Would certainly stay there again.

Distance from reception to room . Longest corridor ever if you get a high room number. Note. No taxis available so be prepared to walk if drinking. Not having a balcony but we're all booked up.

Poor service, great location

Great location and nice breakfast

Room and balcony were dirty. Lake / garden view was of a wall. Requested when booking room (for a 1 year old) for a cot. Also messaged with no response. Messaged another two times without response. Asked on arrival if the cot had been provided (with my daughter desperately in need of a nap). Was told if not in room to call reception. Cot wasn't provided so called, waited, called again. An hour later went to reception to ask again. Was eventually provided far too late for purpose.

Health and spa hotel with pool situated on the beach.

Room with sea view and balcony. Could hear the waves all night which sent you to sleep. Comfy beds, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Pool and spa facilities if you wanted to use them.

Tried to book an evening meal via internal telephone, kept getting passed around. Eventually left a message but no one responded.

Excellent position and well renovated and extended. Staff well trained and helpful. Novatel section much better than Ibis. Food very good. Bed comfortable and leisure section comprehensive

Ibis restaurant closed for dinner except basic snack .Ibis bedrooms and bathrooms a little outdated. Rooms a little dusty from surrounding sand. Would have been nice to be alerted before arrival of link with Novatel. Restaurant availability limited but food and service good.

Mainly great!

The location, literally on the beach in our case, was fantastic. The room was minimalist but really well designed using high-quality materials and fittings. The huge, indoor seawater pool, was fabulous!

Hated the fact that only flimsy paper cups were provided in the rooms, horrible for hot drinks or cold. I’m sorry, we expect proper cups and glasses! The huge distances that had to be walked from reception to the outlying rooms were also far from ideal
