Expensive for what it offers

- next to the beach and all the stores and restaurants - easy to find - the personal was helpfull - the breakfast was good

- didn’t have a parking area - the rooms are not very clean - the interiour of the hotel is small and old - the elevator is very very small and not safe - the room has no air conditioner and you cannot sleep with the windows open because of the noise

Amazing Manager, good family hotel

The lady who manages the hotel is exceptionally friendly and kind. Location is amazing, on one side the commercial street, on the other side the sea side.

I had to book the last room (busy weekend) and there was no view to the outside. Since hotel was full there was no option, otherwise there would have been.

if I can provide a negative score - I would. Absolutely disgusting and smelly room. animals running up & down the corridor. A faulty lift raising anxiety levels about breaking down. The breakfast looked liked at least 5 days old. the Danish and croissants were soggy. The so called fruit ie bananas were black and rotten.

Perfect location, tasty breakfast, mediocre infrastructure

Perfect location: in the heart of De Panne, 1 min walk to both the beach and the shopping street, plenty of shops and eateries nearby. The breakfast was diverse, fresh and of very good quality.

The overall infrastructure was kind of run down: broken lamp in our room, bathroom tiles felt loose, the hallway was quite narrow and gave an unpleasant feeling, the elevator was very old. The breakfast process was quite confusing: there was a buffet, but only the host was allowed to put items on a plate. Hence there was a long line of guests waiting for their breakfast to be made by the host. This created some tension. The quality of the breakfast was very good though. If this process is not obliged by the Corona measures, I would suggest to return to an open buffet as soon as possible. Overall the hotel is still of good value for money because of the location and the quality of the breakfast.

you pay a fortune just because of the location next to the see but not worth it.

room tiny and they tried even to propose a different room without the bunk bed which was chosen specifically for a child. total nonsense to try to make a parent sleep in a double bed with their child when the room was explicitly chosen not to do this. Room was so small and no light as not a real window (court yard)

Mooi hotel op een toplocatie

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. We waren op woensdag en donderdag de enige die in het hotel verbleven en we hebben een mooi ontbijt gekregen ondanks het feit dat we de enige gasten waren. De sanitaire voorzieningen waren proper en het bed was comfortabel. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de zeedijk en eetgelegenheden, dus de ligging is top.

Het duurt lang voordat het water in de badkamer warm wordt (lavabo en douche). Verder was er niets dat ons is tegengevallen.

L'accueil de la responsable

Nous avons été déçus par la propreté de la chambre, principalement à cause des nombreuses petites bêtes dans les draps, du recouvre-lit taché, de la mauvaise odeur qui y régnait. Les toilettes s'évacuaient difficilement et nous avons remarqué une légère fuite sous la cuvette. La literie (lits jumeaux) est de mauvaises qualité. Autant de points qui ne correspondent pas au prix demandé!
