Relaxing two night stop over ne route to UK

Location was excellent, Restaurant was also very good. We had booked a table for the first night, walked along the beach and looked at other restaurants but decided to go back to the hotel restaurant the second night.

When having treatments in the spa, it was unusual not to have to fill in a questionnaire before the treatment and also no water or drink was offered after the massage which again is unusual. However the massage was good.

A nice hotel to stop at near to Calais and on the beach

Spacious clean and location

Restaurant was average and overpriced . They tried to overcharge us for a bottle of wine and if my partner hadn’t checked the bill would have got away with it .

Spa and staff very good. Motorcycle parking in protected car park, thank you. Dinner in restaurant very good for a hotel and staff there excellent too. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Only 25 minutes from Eurotunnel and a pleasure to find such a place on the beach front

A nice sea view with balcony

The location is good, just in front of the beach. We had a superior room with a sea view and balcony. The room is big for two people. The bathroom was clean. There is a fridge in the room with two bottles of water. The idea of fridge is good because you can stuff drinks and nibbles. that is perfect if you don't want to go out for lunch or dinner. They give plates and cutlery. If you are really hungry, the hotel has a nice restaurant otherwise along the promenade you will find great restaurants with a nice terrace opposite the beach. The room was quiet, we did not hear any noise!

We were given an interconnecting room. However, the hotel forgot to lock the second room. It was a bit scary because anyone could get into that second room and steal your valuables!! I had a feeling that their customer service was not so great!! I had to go and tell them about it!! That was the only negative! That bad feeling I had wat very unpleasant!

Heavenly shower and bedding!

Lovely hotel, beautiful clean white linen and thick white bath towels! Everyone should experience such a wonderful shower! We had a handicapped room,plenty of shower space.

One night stay

The location on the beach was lovely, the views while having breakfast were wonderful. The room was a good size and I liked the separate toilet and bathroom too, good amenities in the room and we had a city view room which was nice, decent size balcony. The bed was a really good size and breakfast was lovely, a varied offering. We didn't use the pool as we didn't plan too so can't comment on this.

I did find a lot of hair on the bed which did not come from our family which I just do not expect in any hotel and did not in this one, it wasn't just one it was multiple of different shapes and I did see a hair on the cutlery at the table also so I think extra care with cleaning and also somebody to spot check the cleaning afterwards to ensure standards are being kept, we didn't eat in the restaurant as there was not a child's menu which surprised me as there was a full child's room on the ground floor and is advertised as a family friendly hotel but it did not come across on the food offering

Brand new facility! Rooms are great ! It definitely miss something to clean the sand from the shoes to not make the whole floor sandy.

Breakfast in bed could be served with a table instead of just the trays. At least it could be a choice

Excellent location and excellent access top both the town and the seafront and the historic WW memories . Modern hotel, excellent restaurant and spa!

Parking is limited. The restaurant gets very busy and you need to book. Nothing major!

Are the adapted rooms designed by idiots..

It was basic they had a wet room.

Well like all places , I'm disabled meed a wet room .tick. But it is so poorly designed might as well throught a bucket of water on the floor I'm sure it just put in just to be so they do not discriminate but they just get it wrong. Got told I wouldn't need to pay for my disabled parking but they did It bums in rooms but if it was laid out better I would visit these places more. Paid for fries that where burnt, got a new batch still burnt for the small handful..got charged 5 euros for burnt food. Room no information book just a qr code, so what if you not techie..they say we hear for all your needs yes, but in the room Thresh hold to room was a joke in a wheel chair not a super bike, the bathroom the same. Make the floor flush it was an adapted room, well only the big wet room as the bed was high People get it together we don't choose to be disabled, but just having someone to advise when you do these rooms would help A SHOWER CHAIR points toward a wall.shower behind you .Do I need to explain the logistics Feel free raison to ask and I will help lots of people like me to enjoy a stay in your hotels. Alright in a sort of a limited way for an off-night

On the seafront so a good location. Rooms were smaller than expected but serviceable.

We arrived hoping for a late lunch but the staff were rude and dismissive and we went hungry. We ate dinner here later and it was fine but the attitude earlier was very off-putting. Dunkirk itself is not really worth a visit.

It was chaotic at check in, dogs in the way of getting through the entrance lobby, and about 20 people just standing around when you were trying to get past with cases to the lift, was never told anything about the pool if we could use it or not, and the cue was to big to ask later

A lovely place to stay for the last night of our holiday, we’ll come again.

Location, warm welcome (particularly of Reception Staff) and a wonderful room.

No parking facility available, as the car park was already full but Reception advised us where we could park nearby. We would have liked some milk in our room to make tea and coffee.
