We had a wonderful stay

Spacious, comfortable and calm. Fantastic setting overlooking Rouen. Food and service in the restaurant and the bar were of a high standard. Real food cooked well! All staff were extremely gracious and professional.

Very disappointed that you had to pay extra for everything. As a guest of the hotel,you would expect to be able to use the facilities, pool etc and park your car without any extra charge.

Excellent would go again

Booked late in the evening and were accomodated with a fabulous King Room, super bed and nights sleep. Normally the restaurant closes 9.15. We arrived at 9.10 and greeted with smiles and great service despite the time of day and the food was lovely.

Excellent place to stay just within walking distance of the heart of Rouen . Will definitely stay again.

This has the feel of a brand-new hotel which I believe it is everything is spotlessly clean and it has a lovely ambience to the place. Breakfast was excellent and my room was lovely with a nice big bed and that was very comfortable which is something that is very very important to me when I travel.

Pretty hotel

Cleanliness,modern amenities, comfortable beds..

Cleaning staff were a little negligent in replenishing items. We asked for hand soap several times and never received it. Had to ask for shower gel twice and only got it because my husband saw supervisor in the hall and told her we had asked at front desk and never received it .Parking was very tight in the garage.Very difficult to get in and out.Pretty far walking distance from restaurants, etc. Had to Uber most of the time when we didn't have rental car.

De kamer was mooi, modern en stijlvol. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en werd op de kamer bezorgd. Parkeren onder het hotel was ideaal. Het was er heel stil. Mensen waren erg vriendelijk.

Le personnel débordé par les événements qd il y’a un séminaire. Impossible de se faire servir une pression au bar qd il y’a un séminaire !. On m a servi une bière bouteille que j ai du me débrouiller à décapsuler … service pas à la hauteur de l’endroit
