It was simple - but always very clean and fresh. The bedroom was adequate, warm, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of fresh towels in the bathroom. Insulation was super - no disturbances.

I was greatly surprised by the number of dogs. As I was travelling with my very young grandchildren, I was alarmed to see a large breed dog without a leash. I reported it to staff, when I next saw the dog it was on a lead. But I think the hotel should make it clear that they welcome dogs... even in the dining area. It would have deterred me from booking: The indoor pool was quite small, when busy, it felt like being in a large bath with strangers🫠... Very little provision for patrons with mobility issues... especially at the front entrance. Breakfast staff were lovely, helpful and attentive. The breakfast offering was good too... something for everyone - a GF offering on the bread and pastries would have been nice.

Lovely location on the river.

Parking in very tight busy underground car park behind the hotel as hotel parking full ( onsite parking was only reason we booked this hotel). Child bed was like a rock so we all had to squeeze into the double. Found a dirty sock under the bed.

Evening meal was delicious. Carpaccio of beef delicious. Staff super!

Receptionist told us 10am for breakfast when it was 9.30am. We arrived at 9.20 and it was over, so nothing to eat for daughter. Swimming pool had a light attached to mains loose and floating about in pool. No milk in room for tea/coffee

Brill Hotel in Central Rouen

Asked for a cot with very little notice, the room was set up with it on our arrival - no hassle. Easy check in, quiet part of the building. Was very impressed considering we booked with less than 12 hours notice.

Amazing location and fantastic price for incredible comfort

We loved the room and the fantastic shower. Bed was fabulous (great pillows) and the huge TV. The location was wonderful. The reception on checkout couldn't have been more helpful and gave us a late checkout of 3pm.

The reception staff in the evening were very polite but we were surprised they didn't know that parking outside for a motorcycle was free and legal. They suggested paying 19 euros for underground parking. We asked for an upgrade to a room overlooking the river but were told there were none available despite the fact that only seven guests were staying in the hotel. (It's possible not all these rooms were completed in this brand new hotel but they should have told us that). We also requested an upgrade to a larger room given the pool and the gym were not yet completed but were told this was not possible. It would have been a nice gesture but we were very happy with our room.

Parfait calme et propre

Les personnes de l’accueil sont très gentils, notre chambre été prête dès notre arrivée, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine du calme reposant et de la bonne ambiance d’un 31 décembre, le petit déjeuner été parfait bien fournis et calme reposant dans un cadre magnifique autant pour l’hôtel que la chambre en elle même

Hôtel magnifique. Formule demi pension absolument top. Accueil de qualité. Chambres agréables avec tous les équipements. Emplacement recommandé. La piscine chauffée bleu profond et la salle de sport constituent un réel atout majeur pour cet hôtel de standing !

La présence de gros chiens bruyants pendant notre repas a modérément empiété sur notre tranquillité mais cela n'altère pas le charme de ce très bel hôtel...

Un bon point de départ confortable.

Emplacement avec parking. Bâtiment historique refait à neuf. Personnel extrêmement sympathique et volontaire mais trop peu nombreux (notamment pour le petit déjeuner). Chambre très propre, spacieuse et calme, et très bonne idée la fontaine à eau à chaque étage.

La chambre est confortable mais il manque quelques détails minimes (machine à café, frigo, peignoirs/chaussons), une table de nuit de chaque côté. Le petit-déjeuner du Samedi était assez compliqué vu l’affluence (le personnel courait partout pour débarrasser et réapprovisionner, pour tenter de suivre la cadence).

Molto bello e confortevole

La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in auto e sono presenti numerosi parcheggi fronte strada. lo staff è stato molto cordiale. La stanza era arredata con molto gusto, perfettamente pulita e silenziosa. Letto comodissimo e bagno abbastanza spazioso con prodotti da bagno. Dall’ hotel si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi il centro città.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et la literie très confortable aussi. Très bon petit déjeuner. La fontaine a eau dans le couloir et la gourde à emprunter pendant le séjour sont une très bonne idée !
