Lovely room with good facilities, very close to the beautiful cathedral and main shopping area of Rouen.
I like the idea of having a desk in the room but it turns out that the style of the chair makes access very difficult, both to the desk and to draw the curtains. This isn't a deal breaker but perhaps something the hotel could take on board when choosing furniture for their rooms.

Perfect position to visit the city center, price is very competitive, staff is nice and responsive, room is very cozy and has everything even if is small. Tastefully decorated.
I normally do not give 10s, not even 9. But considering the price we paid and how good was our stay, I think the value of this hotel is a 10.

Very cosy boutique hotel with friendly staff and excellent location. Room in the fourth floor was very well designed with limited amout of space. Breakfast was tasty.

Hotel location is good even though when you first arrive it seems to be well off the 'beaten track'...
Room was small and bathroom minute. You came straight out of bathroom into one bed and then had to squeeze around the room to get to the other...
Building work ongoing with bathroom parts spread across the corridor.
Door entry system difficult to understand/follow on initial arrival.
