Central...easy parking .... breakfast super

said tea coffee facilities.... couldn't find kettle ...later discovered in a random drawer in bathroom. 1 teabag no milk pk sugar 1 coffee but 2 cups. when asked at reception was told they don't supply in room! they did give some supplies but after a long journey just wanted a drink and unwind. room a bit tired . sink was struggling obviously a blockage somewhere..tv looked like it was perched crooked.

Photos are a LIE. NO A/C. Would not stay here again.

Location was good enough, near a car park, and fortunately Rouen is small so it was close enough to all the things to see. The girl at check-in was really sweet and helpful and spoke great English. Decent breakfast.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was unbearable!!! The second floor was SO hot!! I think 355 days out of the year air-conditioning is not needed, but it was a particularly hot day, and it was impossible to stay in the room. Room was super small and looked NOTHING like the photos. Staff was nice and competent, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the small room that looks nothing like the photos and the lack of air-conditioning.

Short stay in Rouen at a bargain price.

Hotel is well placed to reach all parts of the city on foot. It was generally quiet at night. The room was very compact with just enough storage and hangers for a 2-night stay. The bed was very comfy and the curtains kept out all of the light which is helpful for a light sleeper. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Milk for tea and coffee was available from the fridge in the breakfast room when we got back in the evening. We left our bags on the morning of departure until 1.30 which was much appreciated.

For the price this hotel was very satisfactory - no frills but we didn't expect any.

Great stay for a night in Rouen

Location was great! A few steps from Notre Dame and main central area. We were able to get a parking spot right by the hotel for €16/day. Room was small, but clean.

The bathroom didn’t have shampoo and conditioner. Other than that everything was great!

Wonderfully central budget hotel close to parking - very clean & charming staff

Very well located, clean hotel with welcoming & accommodating staff. Everything worked, was quiet and sufficient sized room for a one night stop-over. I had asked for a lower floor room & the hotel obliged. No problem. I asked for extra pillows & they were up in the room in the blink of an eye! Been to Rouen several times but never before stayed so very close to the centre. When we turned the corner and found ourselves staring at the cathedral steps we were amazed & thrilled. Parking can be a real challenge in Rouen, but the Cathedrale car park literally round the corner was very handy, easy to drive to, clean, secure and with the reassuring presence of a manned help desk too. Big tick for this hotel!

We were in room number 1 on the first floor. It faced the street and the windows did nothing to keep out the noise of racing mopeds and loud revellers in the early hours. On a Tuesday night - unexpected! Had we thought to ask for a room that didn't face the road I am sure we'd have been fine. Only issue that stopped me giving the hotel top marks as a budget stop over.
