Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Food was very good. Room was quite spacious and lovely and warm, which was nice as the weather was freezing!

Hotel has a private underground car park, which was very handy, but there is a 21 euro charge per night for this, which is quite expensive. This is also not made obvious on their website, and we were not aware of the charge until we checked out.

Beds were to hard for us, an extra mattress topper would be helpfull. For the additional beds (1 foldable and 1 sofabed), it should easily be improved by addition of good mattresses; hopefully the hotel will adapt this.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and genuinely interested in helping me have a great stay. They told me about the cathedral light display that was on and also remembered me when I returned and remembered what I was up to. The fridge in the room was very handy.

I can’t think of anything. I am not sure if they had a box of tissues in my room. That would be all I think.

The location is very close to the city centre, with a walkable distance to major tourist sites and spots. Can find public car-parking nearby or park inside the hotel, though the hotel parking fee is expensive (19 Euro). The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is superb with a very wide variety of food, and all are delicious. The drinking water machine is in the hotel lobby.

I would go back.

Very spacious room, modern and with a nice size bathroom.

It could be cleaner, there was a film of dust on the table and the floor was not cleaned properly. Also, it would be nice if there were some kind of nightstands or shelves next to the bed.

Situation is good. Breakfast was good, it was Novotel hotel breakfast, that hotel was beside Adagio.

Quality of cleanliness was quite poor. Very much dust all over the room. Some insects in the bathroom.

Perfect stay in Rouen!

Everything was perfect with our stay here. The front desk staff was outstanding at all times of the day and night. Easy, and not expensive, underground parking is available. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely have dinner at the onsite restaurant, Quindici Trattoria. The location is just across from the beautiful Seine river. Walking distance to all the sites in Rouen. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Comfortable stay by Seine with good cooking facilities

Likes- Convenient location for Rouen historic centre. Advise taking Metro for 2 stops from the train station, the hotel is 2 minute walk from Theatre des Arts stop. Well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The beds (even fold down ones) were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly and responsive. We made use of pre check-in luggage storage. Room facing courtyard was very quiet despite central location. Dislikes- Shower pressure wasn’t great and waste water outflow was a bit slow. They don’t offer room cleaning for stays of less than 1 week, but not a problem for us. You need to pay €150 damage deposit on arrival (but this was made clear when I booked) so no complaints.

Locatie was goed, echter moet je wel veel betalen voor het parkeren in de garage. De garage is heel klein en weinig plaats om te parkeren. Moeilijk om te parkeren vanwege de smalle ruimte

Volverìa mañana mismo. Eso resume todo otro comentario.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este establecimiento, una vez por por diez dìas y ahora por una semana; es un perìodo lo suficientemente extenso como para poder juzgar las condiciones de un appart. Nos encanta alojarnos aquì. La ubicaciòn es òptima ( a dos pasos del centro històrico y de la muy bonita zona comercial). Abundan los restaurantes, los cafès, hay comercios en cantidad .Todo se puede hacer a piè en pocos minutos. El establecimiento consiste en un edificio moderno, impecable. Tiene un lobby de buenas dimensiones, còmodo, y bien decorado donde es posible compartir una conversaciòn tomando un cafe. Ademàs tiene un restaurante adyacente con el que se comunica internamente. Los ascensores son amplios y de ùltima generaciòn, lo que agiliza el movimiento interno. Pese a ser un establecimiento que cuenta con nueve o diez pisos y muchos departamentos, es muy silencioso y los pasillos muy bien decorados. Cuenta con un parking en el mismo edificio, lo cùal facilita mucho las cosas en una ciudad donde estacionar en el centro resulta difìcil. Tambièn un lavadero, otro elemento favorable. Los estudios que ocupamos en las dos oportunidades tenìan las mismas caracterìsticas: excelentes dimensiones, mobiliario nuevo y de buen gusto, cocina de ùltima generaciòn (muy bien equipada), buena iluminaciòn natural y una esplendida vista sobre el Sena. Es imposible pedir màs para que la estancia sea agradable. Tambièn debo destacar la amabilidad, gentileza y buena disposiciòn del staff. Las inquietudes que tuve, siempre fueron satisfechas con prontitud y una sonrisa.

Goed hotel op een uitstekende locatie

Een fijne rustige kamer op de 5e verdieping. Compleet ingericht, met een prima bed en een mini-keukentje. Er stond ook een tafel met twee stoelen, om aan te lezen of wat te eten. Ik heb er zes nachten verbleven en erg goed geslapen. Het ontbijt is duur maar helemaal geweldig - volop keuze, ook vegetarisch en veganistisch, alles vers! Ik was heel blij dat ik inclusief ontbijt had geboekt. Het hotel ligt op een klein half uurtje lopen van het treinstation. De bus en de metro stoppen voor de deur. Ook met de auto is het hotel prima te bereiken.

Ik had me niet gerealiseerd dat de appartementkamers niet tussentijds schoongemaakt worden. Gelukkig had ik genoeg handdoeken gekregen, maar niet genoeg toiletpapier. Ik moest beneden bij de receptie een nieuwe rol gaan vragen. Meteen een extra rol in de badkamer was fijner geweest.

Appartamenti ampi, moderni, bella hall con spazi conviviali, giochi, biliardino... Zona al limite del centro pedonale, cui si accede agevolmente

Avevo prenotato "2 Adjacent Rooms" per 2 adulti e 2 bambini e all'arrivo è emerso che le camere non erano nè comunicanti nè adiacenti, ma solo 2 camere sullo stesso piano. La struttura ha dimostrato totale assenza di client centricity rispondendo seccamente che è stato un nostro errore di comprensione dell'offerta, lo segnalo perchè potrebbe capitare anche ad altri. Altra cosa negativa è che lo sciacquone del wc blocca temporaneamente l'arrivo dell'acqua fredda alla doccia, cosa che solitamente non accade negli hotel. Purtroppo mio figlio si è scottato inavvertitamente con il getto di acqua bollente.

Das Personal war unfreundlich , wir waren auf einer Frankreichrundreise und haben spontan gebucht, mittags, da es sehr geregnet hat, waren wir sehr nass, wir waren um 13 Uhr im hotel und auf keinen Fall dürften wir eher einchecken, mein Sohn war am nächsten Tag erkältet, da wir in den nassen Sachen noch 3 Stunden in der Stadt warten mussten
