Very pleasant stay, great location

Very good location, convenient and close to everything. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for money. The Backstage room was really cool!

The room could benefit from better ventilation, as it felt a little stuffy and humid at times. Aside from that, everything was great.

Ruined by the (possible) owner, otherwise fun.

Room was great, really fun with the backstage set up. Location was also great.

No kettle/coffee machine in the room even though the website said there was, and was rudely refused a kettle by the owner. I ended up buying one for €11 just so I could enjoy a relaxing morning by coffee in my room. The aggressive refusal was the issue rather than not having one.

City Centre hotel - good access to all we wanted to visit - quirky small room and shower - fun but!

The hotel is very well located for central Rouen. The staffing is very odd however, they are there, but when we arrived and more or less every time we came back we had to hunt for the reception and/or bar staff. They were pleasant and generally helpful when there but it was disquieting and possibly worrying from a security point of view. The room was very small and the shower/toilet area really very small. The shower was not particularly clean either and although the room and shower designs where delightfully quirky there was more attention to that than comfort and ease of use.

Sorry wrote the comments in the "like" bit - see above. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

A superb value in the center of Rouen

we reserved a room with a terrace - not for much more money and the view was worth every penny. Superbly located in the center, it was nevertheless very quiet. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was superb. During the entire stay, they gave us the impression that they genuinely cared about our comfort and our satisfaction.

RocknRoll room is just awesome, a really fun and unusually fabulous place to stay.

Stayed in the Rock n Roll room. They turned this room up to 11. Fantastic fun room in a gorgeous city. Easy walk to the old town and surrounded with Bars, Shops and Restaurants. Loved it, definitely going to book again when we travel through this region again. A1+ for us!

Dans la douche, le pommeau est cassé, l’un des pieds des fauteuils de la chambre était aussi cassé. Je trouve ça beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposer.

Funcionários muito simpáticos e solicitos. Café da manhã excelente, com muito capricho e comidas de qualidade. O hotel se preocupa com todos os detalhes, de atendimento à decoração. Quarto confortável, silencioso e bem decorado! Localização não poderia ser melhor, dá para chegar de carro e estacionar muito perto.

Le décor de la chambre

Très chaud dans la chambre pas climatisée pour le prix d’une nuit 145 euros la chambre ne les vaut pas, il paraît que les stars réservent cette chambre m’a t’on dit à l’accueil cela j’en doute, le petit déjeuner tout est industriel ( les viennoiseries réchauffées ou voir rassis, le jus d’orange pas top ainsi que le café vraiment déçu pour le prix payé) 😟😟

Zimmer für Rockfans mit backstage Ambiente

Perfekte Lage am Rande der Fußgängerzone. Man ist sowohl schnell am Markt als auch an der Kathedrale und hat viele Restaurants und Geschäfte direkt in Laufweite. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, die Nasszelle sehr schön gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sehr originell eingerichtet, das hat Vor- und Nachteile. Unseres war backstage mit nicht weniger als 7 E- Gitarren an den Wänden, Tourgepäck als Schränke und ein Mischpult als Tisch. Die Räume sind unterschiedlich eingerichtet und man weiß bei der Buchung nicht, was auf einen zukommt.

Als wir das Zimmer betraten, waren die Vorhänge wegen der hohen Außentemperaturen zugezogen. Im Dunklen waren wir zunächst beim Betreten geschockt, fühlten wir uns doch wie abends backstage auf einem Rockkonzert. Auf das Bett waren zwei rote Scheinwerfer gerichtet und die dunklen (rot und schwarze Wände) waren zunächst bedrückend. Die hohe Temperatur bei Eintritt tat das ihre dazu. Wir brauchten etwas Zeit, um herauszufinden, wie die Beleuchtung sowohl der Scheinwerfer im Schlafbereich als auch das Licht in der Toilette vom Schaltpult oberhalb des Kopfendes des Bettes zu bedienen ist. Am nächsten Morgen bei Licht sah das Ganze dann schon weniger bedrückend aus und entsprach den Fotos auf booking.com.

Rock me baby!

Établissement très bien situé et qui paraît de prime abord un peu vieillot. J’ai éclaté de rire quand j’ai poussé la porte de ma chambre, décorée de manière exubérante dans un thème rock. Il y a d’autres chambres à thème dont une alléchante chambre SNCF! Les équipements sont parfaits, notamment une super douche. Personnel très gentil et bon petit déjeuner.

Un peu cher mais pas exagéré.
