Great location on the center of Rouen.

We went for the family suite with a cathedral view which didn't disappoint! We had wonderful views of the cathedral from our windows and we had lots of space in the suite. As it was at the end of the corridor we weren't disturbed by other guests either. We appreciated a later checkout of midday too.
The instructions on how to reach the car park were a bit ambiguous. It said "the underground car park is in Rue Saint Nicolas just past the corner on the left" so we turned left and ended up driving all the way down the pedestrianised road not finding it. It is actually on the right, beneath the hotel, which is on the right!
We also struggled a bit with breakfast. My daughter has a dairy allergy and it was really hard to find food suitable for her. They had an alternative milk but it was just in an unmarked jug, no label to indicate what it was. Other foods weren't clearly labelled. We weren't sure if cereals or breads were suitable, it was all a bit chaotic. I did ask the staff about the milk but generally it wasn't an easy situation. Clearer labelling would have helped a lot.
