GOOD STAY

Nice room. Really central hotel. Close to all the sights and a fabulous array of cafes, bars and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and immaculately clean. Beautiful city and friendly locals. GOOD STAY

Some minor repairs required in room such as socket not working and others loose. No heating in bathroom....not so great for a cold January visit.

Central location, ok for a short stay, but unmemorable hotel

The location is very central, close to the Cathedral. Staff was friendly. Parts of breakfast were good.

My room, although quiet, overlooked an unattractive courtyard. One side of the curtain could not be opened, so the room was dark. The window was locked which made the air stuffy, especially at night. The only toiletries provided are soap and shower gel/shampoo, so bring body lotion, qtips etc.

Location

Aging decor in the hallways, not enough amenities in the room such as a tea spoon. No hot water on the night I stayed so I couldn’t shower.

Love this hotel. 2nd time of staying , this time with our 3 daughters and just wonderful Staff are extremely friendly, food is fantastic, rooms very clean and comfortable

I wanted a hotel with easy parking. Two days before arrival I received an email telling me how to find the hotel along with a code to access the place this was extremely difficult to do. I eventually had to park half a mile away from the hotel. I would not have booked this hotel if I had been aware of the difficulties in accessing the hotel parking.

Location location location! In the center of historical center! One block from Cathedral of Notre Dame. 10 minute walk to square. Just beautiful!

Great location. Lovely staff and helped me with a French/English check in! Really comfortable room and bed. Very quiet. Loved the use of the fitness suite. A really great breakfast too.

Perhaps more vegetarian options on the evening menu. Room lighting was a bit dark against a dark carpet so a bit of potential to leave items behind. The powdered milk was not pleasant in the hot drinks unfortunately!

The location is right in the centre. Rooms are spotless clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff in this hotel are also friendly and helpful. Check in was really quick. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was centrally located, perfect for seeing all the sights of Rouen. Parking on site was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were friendly and exceptionally helpful, particularly one member of the team who helped with a booking query we had before we arrived (thank you so much).

I would stay here again

The accommodation was outstanding in every sense. Comfort, location, room, lobby, staff , I could just go on and on!

Could not locate the hotel parking garage. Roads were extremely busy and lots of pedestrians. I even think google maps got confused! Found a city parking garage for the overnight stay. Only 13 euros, pleasantly surprised.

Excellent Location, adequate facilities, Upgrade TV's for Netflix etc.

Location was excellent, Room was adequate, bathroom was very clinical and difficult to keep dry and there was nowhere to hang towels where they would dry properly. The smart TV was not capable of using Netflix or any other streaming platform that are commonly used in other hotels around the world. The staff were very good, especially the Nigerian lady who cleaned the rooms, apologies I do not know her name. The reception, breakfast, and car parking was great, although the instructions to locate the car park were unspecific.

Loved the lighting in my room particularly the reading light. Fabulous shower. Lots of towels. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast incredible.

The car park. I hit my car on one of the pillars. But you can’t do anything about the car park. I appreciated being able to park at the hotel. Didn’t like the lift. One was out of order and it was ages waiting for the other which kept going to other floors.

Great experience!

The efficiency and friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated. We were fascinated at being told that the three steps up to the bar/breakfast are were covered by a lift, when none was obvious. We were then very surprised to watch a lift rise from the floor - we had only ever seen.one before and quite forgotten what fun it was! The wet room was much appreciated too.

Exceptional

Absolutely perfect location in the centre of Rouen. The room was very spacious, everything was top quality. Very quiet hotel too even though it's about 100 yards from the cathedral! Relax atmosphere and the staff is always there for you. The fabulous breakfast is well worth the money, you could even argue that it will save you money as you will feel so full you won't need to eat before the evening!

I would stay again if the mattress was medium rather than hard and would not use the hotel parking

the location was excellent, the facilities good, the staff were really helpful and charming.

The bed was much too hard and the hotel car park is a car trap, I damaged my alloy wheels.
