Amazing location, right beside the beautiful Rouen Cathedral, in the heart of the historic centre, and c. 15 minutes from the train station.
Comfy beds, rooms had decent aircon so sleeping was not an issue. No noise at night.
Hotel breakfast had good variety and made for a great start to the day.

The location of the hotel is perfect and with underground parking makes it more appealing, especially in the city centre. The hotel is right next to the cathedral and around the corner from the main shopping streets and other sites. The bar is good downstairs and the barkeep made very nice cocktails. We were only here for one night so didn't utilise the restaurant or breakfast but this area looked lovely.
The room was very spacious and with a good bathroom. It was extremely hot when we arrived in Rouen and would say the air conditioning could do with improvement. It did keep us cool enough to sleep - just but we think it could do with updating. The olny gripe would be that it is obvioous that the rooms are pet friendly with the distinct odour of dogs. Not to an unpleasant level but you are aware of it. Perhaps having non-pet friendly rooms and giving the customers the option would be a good idea. We were fine but some customers may get upset about this.

Friendly staff and great location
Not a 4star property in my view, bed did not even have a mattress protector and AC sounded like it was on its last legs, being very noisy and incapable of actually cooling the room appropriately.

"A decent size room. Very central and surrounded by so many restaurants and shops. Very attractive area. Don't arrive later on a Sunday as most things are closed. A few restaurants will re-open at 7.00..."
