Lovely place.

Staff was amazing. Check in was fast. Breakfast was good. Nice, clean room. Small but cozy. No A/C so we had to sleep by opened window. And boy, the best water pressure(shower)I have ever expreienced. It was fantastic. Really close to attractions. While it is just off the highway, it is in a safe area. Great value foe the money.

Handy city centre stopover

Cheap, comfortable, and clean. While the furnishings are basic, the room was actually fine and comfortable. The hotel lobby and hallways look a bit tired, but the room was modern. The location is handy, and the parking and EV charging were very useful.

It's on a sort of slip road, so absolutely nothing next to the hotel. However there are pavements and an almost straight route into the centre to the cathedral, only 15 mins walk away.

Suitable for an overnight stay

Friendly staff, explained everything in detail and gave a map with a route around the city. There is paid parking on the hotel grounds for 8 euros. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the center. The rooms are small, but clean.

WE were happy with our stay at Brit Hotel, Rouen.

The bed was big and comfortable. The shower was also generous. The hotel was near enough to the centre to walk easily in 15 mins (we are over 70 years of age). It was very quiet. We were able to park at the hotel for a daily charge, and staff explained how we could take the car out for a trip and return it in the evening.

It would have been nice to be able to access the outside space, which does feature in the photos of the hotel. The room was small and there were few hooks and no drawers and 1 chair. 3 nights for 2 people was OK, but more would have been difficult.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly.

Location. Even though the hotel was not far from the centre, it's hard to navigate around Rouen (road works made it even worse). The room wasn't very big, especially as we had dogs with us.

The staff are very attentive & friendly.

Just about everything. The location is extremely difficult to locate because of the road works & one way in place right now. The rooms are tiny. One plug socket only. It feels dirty. The parking is limited. The breakfast is basic to say the least. It feels very tired.
