The arrival was friendly, the beds were decent, the shower was hot. The location was nice by the Seine. There is onsite parking.

There was no plugs near the bed. There was a lot of noise coming from the pipeline throughout the night. The AC was quite old and noisy. The bathroom was not well designed and was too small compared to the rest of the room.

Location not the best to visit Rouen Old Town.

We have stayed at several Ibis hotels. Our room at this location was larger than previous locations. The bathroom and shower were also larger. We book hotels with out breakfast, as we like to have variety. This hotel's location is too far from the 'breakfast ' restaurants, so we paid for breakfast for our 3 day stay. Give the breakfast a 'thumbs up '. A good selection of choices.

There are few restaurants within easy walking distance of this hotel. The hotels location is also a good walk from the 'Old Town'. Be prepared to walk.

- Location is reasonably close to the old town centre - Helpful staff that addresses concerns promptly - Ample on-site parking - Very good breakfast - Beds are comfortable

- Room has awkward interior layout, including the bathroom - looks cool but not practical - Not easy to navigate to if driving (hotel located in an interior street that is easy to miss, if you do miss, circling back involves a complicated route) - No yogurt available during breakfast - No face cloth provided in bathroom - No electrical kettle

Located in quiet place, 15-20 mins by walk to city centre. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Big and comfy bed. Good enough sound proof. Fair room size.

Pillows were rather a bit more softer than should be, as for us. Basic 3-in-1 soap/gel/shampoo - it looked cheap. Despite breakfast is shared with hotel Mercure from same Hotels Group Accor, which located in neighbour building, we couldn't say it was very good: limited options of dishes, from vegetables - just radish, usual omelette as garnish etc. Tea was good though, not bagged.

Clean, pleasant lovely staff, functional rooms, breakfast was unsurprising but very edible. The hotel is slightly out of town so my elderly mum found the walk to dinner a little hard. We should have eaten in the Mercury hotel next door! Good stay worth the money for a drive through.

We use Ibis Rouen Champ de Mars regularly - enough said !

Staff remember us each time, extremely polite, courteous and helpful. Comfy beds, everything very clean, would like an english speaking TV channel (not just business news), breakfast consistently good though not sure about new way of making tea (?), staff ALWAYS remember to provide me with goat yoghourt for breakfast - so thoughtful.

Ibis bar does not always have lager - bottled or draught - so have to go to Mercure.
