Le Vieux Carré is a beautiful place, perfectly located at the heart of Rouen. It is cozy, charming and it feels like a family house. The facilities are not the most recent, but if you like the charm of the places, it is a great option and I'd book it again.
The bathroom could use some renovation, which can be challening in such old buildings.

Charming little hotel / B&B in the heart of Rouen old town. Very friendly hosts and a lovely breakfast . Good value.

The location
Small room, no tea making facilities, thin walls. The laundry was stored on the landing outside our room. Perfunctory breakfast.
