The location is excellent, the room was big (two desks) and clean, quiet, with a modern bathroom. Breakfast was very good with friendly, helpful staff.
WiFi did not reach 3rd floor - could pick it up in the lobby only. No lift - OK for us but if you were older or with big luggage...
Could use bigger pillows or choice of pillow type.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the location was great, very close to the theatre and some restaurants. The private parking is helpful too, at €15 per night.
The bathroom was very small, and the room wasn't fully clean (bins not emptied from previous occupant for example) and the bed wasn't very comfortable. For a simple place to stay it's ok here, and wonderfully friendly staff.
