Good location and friendly staff, very small gym and wellness

Location is very nice, staff is very friendly and restaurant is excellent. Possibility to charge an electric car in the garage.

They gym and wellness area are a joke. The gym has literally 3 devices in it and is very small. The wellness area feels like an aftertought, is also very small, and has no privacy from the mini-gym.

Great hotel, great staff... I would stay again.

Perfect location to visit Rouen and not far if you want to visit Paris for the day by train. The staff were excellent. The room spacious and clean. Whilst parking is available, it shouldn't be at an extra cost.

The cold buffet style breakfast was very good, but the cooked elements were not great. The sausages were very poor quality, rubbery in texture and I was really not sure what sort they were or what I was eating. Bacon was similar. Also, I really didn't like the idea of being charged extra for parking my car... when did this become the norm for extra cash?

10/10 experience in the heart of the town

The hotel is immaculate and very well presented. The staff were fantastic giving us a warm welcome and were helpful in directing us where to find the sites of the town. The rooms were large with comfortable bedding and spacious bathrooms and showers. Food on site was brilliant and the service was 10/10 at all times. Great location with parking on site.

Very stylish well appointed and located hotel in Rouen. A true high end 4 star hotel.

The look of the building was a very nice combination of very historical and new. It was very well situated . 5 minute walk to the tram station but on a very quiet stylish side street and 10 minutes from museums. Very walkable to all the main sights and old Rouen. The property is very stylish and well kept up. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The room was a good size and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was very delicious . Lots of variety.

I had booked the room months ago and asked for a very quiet room. I repeated the request at checkin. I went to the room and it was located on the street side. Not really quiet. I went down and was then given a courtyard room that fit my original request perfectly. The bar fridge did not cool anything . The shower was a combination shower and soaker tub. I only used the shower . Very treacherous getting into and out of the shower . Needs grab bars.

Location - quite far from the centre Staff - all look absolutely demotivated to do their job Breakfast - lines for coffee and juice. Absolutely inconvenient SPA - small sauna and hamam cannot be called SPA) Bar - bar tenders absolutely incompetent Overall: overpriced hotel that somehow got 4 stars. Real value: 2-3 stars

Location and service. Room was really nice and rv with casting was super handy. Excellent air con, shower and balcony was a great addition parking onsite tight but handy. Shame you can't book in advance if arriving late in the night.

The balcony wasn't cleaned when room was refreshed. There was no sugar added when refreshed either. Pillows were a bit flat... So could have done with a couple more. Mattress was ok. But bit soft

A convenient modern hotel perfectly located to allow for easy exploration of old Rouen.

Perfectly located a short 2 minute walk from Rouen train station, yet whisper quiet. A comfortable 10 minute walk into the old town. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Cold still & sparkling water was readily available in the foyer. Our room had a generous terrace overlooking an ancient dungeon tower! Staff were helpful with dinner bookings & advice.

Welcome at reception on night shift underwhelming. Had a problem with room bar fridge and reluctantly sorted. Totally different experience with staff on checkout who were helpful. Second time we have stayed and probably not return.

We liked it so much we returned a few weeks later on our way north. Previously we had viewed Rouen as somewhere to get through but now we shall regard it as an essential stop. We made our mid morning Eurotunnel crossing with ease.
