Beautiful place, great location, staff always available. The heat did not work, and they did not fix it while we were there, although we requested it.

Very romantic court yard where we had a nice lunch. Then we visited the famous Rouen Cathedral and a very good Art museum nearby. Great dinner at a restaurant Pascaline. After it we saw a free light show at 10 pm in front of the Cathedral. Highly recommended by us.

Room was clean but spartan. If you are only interested in a place to sleep it is great. We had the breakfast… slightly overpriced but very nice yogurt, coffee (hot chocolate) bread/ croissant with jam and delicious Normandie butter! Worth in in my book!
