A little far from the main attractions maybe 15 minutes walk. Hotel is very basic but clean and ok for 1-2 night stay. Parking is very good and great for medium/large suv, right in front of the reception based on first come basis. I can imagine it will be packed on peak seasons. Will book again for short stay overs.

Pleasant stay and reasonably priced. The rooms are good and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is in walking distance of the town. I Would recommend if you have a night in Rouen.

Friendly & welcoming staff at reception, despite having 2 sweaty old cyclists wheel their bikes through the front door - they allowed us to store them in the meeting room as it was not in use, a nice touch. The room was clean and what you expect. Good shower. Breakfast was fine and again the staff were friendly helpful and very patient with my (poor) school boy French. - It was an ideal stop over after a hard day in the saddle.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable, staff were freindly. Hotel was formerly an Ibis hotel and was being given a changing rooms make over with strange colours which did not make berooms relaxing. Bizzare floor covering. Bathroom worked but toilet seat old and discoloured and sink similar.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely bedroom, great breakfast - and all within easy walking distance of Rouen city centre. Also, very easy to drive to and from. Fantastic value, especially compared to the terrible Au Chapon Fin in Poitiers the night before, where we paid more!

Well located hotel by the river. We arrived late and left early so didn't see much of the city. Short walk to the restaurants along the rive for dinner. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Staff we friendly and helpful.

With an Ibis you know what you are getting, it’s a little out of the way but the price reflected that, parking onsite €9 a night. Breakfast was basic but they dealt with the Covid restrictions well.

We staied here for two nights and had a very nice stay.The personal at the rception was very helpful. The room and bahroom was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening,good food. Places of interest are in walking distant from the hotel. We came by car an were able to park in the garage nearby the hotel.(The parkinglot ouside the hotel was full) You have to ask at the reception and they will tell you how to find it.

The first thing they told me at the reception when I arrived, in the evening: breakfast and tax de sejour have to be paid immediately, or I had to give them my credit card number... this for my “security” (?)These people are maybe only rude and not polite, but they don’t know for sure how to talk to people. Maybe because of where I come from, or what for?

The bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The overall room was above basic; included fan air. The beds were too firm for us. No in-room coffee making. But very good hospitality; allowed us to leave our car in parking lot as we explored the city after we checked out. Also had a checked baggage room. Overnight parking was better than expected. Had to book 2 rooms but as they were adjoining and for the budget price; quite pleased!

Just stayed multiple nights in this hotel in Rouen. The exchanges with the staff were inconsistent as some employees were very friendly and others, not at all. The rooms are average in terms of size. You only get the very basics in it, as in the rest of the hotel (for a three-star hotel). The main problem in my opinion the sound proofing that is well below average. They seem to have squeezed as many rooms as possible in the space so you literally hear everyone around and above you. Slamming doors, loud speaking and moving chairs were really a pain for me as I needed to get to bed early for I was on a work trip. Breakfast is good, I'd say above average. It is not so pricey also. The restaurant in general seemed good for its offer and prices. Do know that there is a huge grocery store right around the corner though if you need it. Overall location is OK. It is a 15-minute walk from the city center. It is also 20 minutes away from both train station. Overall, not a bad experience, but pricey for what it is. I've spent nights in other hotels that were better or as good for less in this very same trip.
