We’ll never stay there again

It was close to the river & the night receptionist was very kind & helpful.

There is only pizza available in the “restaurant “ in the evening. The term “restaurant “ is an inaccurate description it’s more like a cheap cafe. The breakfast was appalling. It was impossible to make toast because the only available bread was baguettes. There were no serviette’s available so everyone was holding the bread to cut it, then leaving it for the next person to hold.

The lifts didn't work. Our room was on the 5th floor. So we had to walk up the stairs after a long day of walking around the city.

The hotel room was clean and tidy. All was ok although the hotel was under the renivation.

I came late for the breakfast and not much left. I had to ask to deliver more food. In the end it arrived so all was ok but I think the shortages in foid should be automatically made up.

Very pleasant for a quick sight seeing trip.

Has a secure car park underground next to the hotel and a barrier car park outside. The staff were really helpful with city map and places to see.

Room was narrow and the shelf under the TV protruded into the gap between bed and wall making it a bit of a hazard when passing. No tea or coffee making facilities or fridge in room.

Room was fine and clean. OK for what we needed to explore Rouen. Breakfast again was OK shortage of some things we wanted though. Parking good on the premises and gated.

The staff had excellent English (embarrassing my poor French!). The location was very close to the venue I was attending and the fact it had a restaurant took the stress out of everything. I highly recommend the gallette aux pommes: it was delicious! Being able to leave my bag to pick up later made my day of departure much more fun.

The room was a bit dark. The stairs were a bit shabby. But overall, it was excellent value for money.

For a quick stop of one night it's good

We liked the closed parking space that was very important for us. The hotel is not in perfect location but within walking distance to the city center.

In one of the rooms the toilet was clogged. Moreover it would be nice to have an instant coffee to make at each room.

Very good breakfast, good and various food. Also the dinner/ lunch. Good location , our rooms oriented on the backyard was quiet. Very close to main points of interest.

Great for a short getaway

The staff is super friendly and welcoming, we had a great time interacting with them. We only stayed for one night, so basically just slept over; the room was not so big and not as new as I expected, but all things considered - great value for money.

Nice, friendly and practical

We loved the location. Great to go into town or by the docks. Easy to get to from the train station and good parking facilities if you have a car. Convenient food and shops near by. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was underwhelming. Nothing specifically wrong but needed a bit of an update. The pillows were really soft and not comfortable.
