Incredibly misleading recommendations. If the french is known for gastronomy their breakfast is inspired of something from a different world. Way lesser than satisfactory. Homeless people camping just outside the entry

Staff very helpful, kind, knowledgable. Parking available = extremely helpful. In easy walking distance to center of Rouen. Cute inner court yard. Very good breakfast. Best if your room is not facing the busy street but windows keep the noise out. All in all very happy!

Marred by a fire alarm at 0230. Rooms are small and really need renovation, particularly bathrooms. Surrounded by noisy roads albeit in a good position near the river. Garage expensive and a nightmare to get anything but the very smallest vehicle into it. Breakfast ok although the scrambled eggs weee lumpy and almost cold. We would not stay here again.

Great place to stay for cyclists. Right on a local cycle path and a stone's throw from the Seine cycle path, with secure covered parking for bikes. The room was small but it was advertised as such and was perfectly adequate. Walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Rouen. Lovely, helpful staff.

Easy and friendly check in. Very basic hotel which is what you'd need if you want a hotel close to old town Rouen. Don't expect any extras, simple but cozy enough. Each room has a kettle with tea and instant coffee, and hairdryer (which was missing from our room) Fan didn't seem to work so getting drenched in the rain meant our clothes and shoes did't dry after 2 days. Only one tiny rubbish bin in the bathroom which meant a visit there every time you had to toss something out. Lots of sights close by so super convenient. There is a small gym to workout, a restaurant on site and a place to have a drink in the evening. Views from the window on the third floor. Be sure to double check your bill when checking out. We were charged everything twice from our meal in the dining room and needed to fix it after we checked out. This was terribly inconvenient for those that had to wait behind us.

Easy check-in at hotel. Had booked room with terrace and Seine river view. Was not worthwhile the extra money as only partial sideway river view. Room due to terrace unpractical layout. Bathroom appears aged with open piping. Otherwise hotel room is clean, close to the river banks with bars and restaurants. Despite next to main roads the room was quiet. Breakfast buffet good value.

The hotel is well located but the room is small and dusty. They did the cleaning everyday but I guessed just the flooring and arranged the bed but dusting never. Staff are good. Not worth the rating as 4 stars for me 😞

Hotel was pleasant. Dined in the restaurant and the young waitress did a mighty job, against all odds. Bar, restaurant and kitchen sorely understaffed, leaving customers waiting to order, receive their meals and pay. At some stages, even the hotel receptionist was helping out in the bar and kitchen. Staff at all times maintained pleasant demeanours and didn’t fluster at the criticism they received from some patrons, but should not have found themselves dealing with this situation. Employ more staff!

Overall it was fine. When I first saw it on the river I thought that would be cool. But it is behind the highway. Not so cool. The staff were the best part of this facility. They were all very nice, charming, and accommodating. It's a quick cab ride from the train station. It's only a 15-min walk from the hotel to the historical center. The hotel staff called a cab when returning to the train station, which was very smooth and stress-free. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately the Hotel was not in good shape. The patio outside the hotel seemed like unfinished and swith some small plastic plants on the gardem tables. The hotel itself is comfortable and good equipped and very close to the OLD TOWN by walking.
