A bit disappointing, even considering the low price.

It was inexpensive. We got two room cards. Microvawe at the lobby was available (I did not use it though). It was clean. The room was also quiet however very small. To find where the parking is was a challenge, but once we did it was no problem and there was plenty of space to park. Town centre in the walking distance (20 minutes)- for us acceptable. We didn't feel in danger in the area but not 100% comfortable. Parking is free of charge on Sundays.

Very small room. View into the backyard, which was full of waste. Parking space was also dirty- we had the impression that the floor never has been cleaned (the soles of our shoes were sticky after we walked trough). In the bathroom foil curtain for the shower. The staff at the reception were also not eager to answer simple questions. The escalators were often occupied by the cleanning stuff so we had to wait for a long time for the accessible lift to arrive.

Don’t stay if you have children or don’t like confrontation on holiday

The bathroom was clean. The floor everywhere was gross, walking barefoot my feet were filthy.

The location, very unsafe. We were only there less than 24 hours and witnessed all sorts of crime and were targeted as well. The bathroom door didn’t open from the inside, which if on own would have caused a significant problem. The staff were unfriendly, a little Intimidating.

warm french welcome

The evening reception was very welcoming . Thank you for allowing us to secure our bikes for the night.

Finding the hotel , due to being located in no car zone Not have the ability to park , and by using the care home parking until 9.am , limited us having time for breakfast , due to traffic enforcement being in the vacanity. There was one small towel between 2 people , no tea coffee facilities available . No extra pillows

Miserable depressing and prison like.

Reasonably clean and friendly staff.

Miserable place. Dreadful prison like decor. Ugly rooms with awful pebbledash walls Inadequate towels provided insufficient pillows. Everything done on the cheap. Even down to the solitary paper cup in the microscopic bathroom. Bathroom so small that sitting on the loo would be difficult for any adult. Leaking and broken tap which the staff were well aware of but entirely unbothered by. The surrounding area was somewhat intimidating with groups of men lingering around everywhere. Groups of men could easily be heard into the night with the bedroom window open even on the third floor. Nowhere comfortable to sit in the room. Bed and bedding basic and clean but comfortable clearly not a priority in this establishment. It would have been lovely to find some half decent food but only offerings were fast food and nothing remotely French.

It was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Shame it was bank holiday Sunday and the restaurant was closed. But there was a burger fast food close by.

Fair price for a short term stay.

Decent size room for 2, bed was comfortable . Location was excellent. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Hotel is in need of an overall redecoration. Toilet/bathroom was somewhat small considering I'm a medium sized individual. Some long term guests were somewhat intrusive.

Got the wrong hotel initially as there are at least 2 b&b hotels in Rouen from the same chain but staff were very polite about it!

Superb

Location was very good. Parking right under the hotel and reachable with elevator. Room was neat and big enough. Enough outlets. Bathroom was cute with tiny window that opened. Breakfast was ok.

Couldn't find any tv-channels that had news or anything in english. The hallways were ugly.

A basic but well situated hotel for visiting central Rouen

With underground parking avaialble at the adjacent shopping centre, this hotel was well situated on a bus route for visiting cnentral Rouen. Our room and particularly its bathroom were very small but adequate. The batthroom door handle came away in my hand; I reported the need for maintenance. Breakfast and food quality were good and the staff were helpful. This is a basic level hotel but, as such, it met our needs for an overnight stopover.

We were advised to park in the adjacent shopping centre's underground car park and use the hotel's lift from there to reception. Hwoever, we were unable to make contact with a receptionist so could not open this door to gain access to the hotel's lift.

it was pretty clean. the bed comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to help and were very nice. The breakfast was good and worth the cost.

it was noisy. the corridors electric boxes were all open, hanging off or lying on the floor. the room smelt of straw (yes straw) The view outside looked like a garbage dump. dirty nappies, towels, Macdonalds box’s/ Cartons Pizza box’s. coffee cups, cans. it stank and to be honest was pretty disgusting 🤢 finally the toilet was in such a position you couldn’t sit on it properly and when you adjusted yourself the seat nearly came off.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was convenient for the Flixbus stop. The room was quiet. The TV and wifi worked well. It was the most inexpensive hotel available.

A superb room in Rouen town with good facilities and central location

The reception person was excellent. He offered to store my bicycle in the store room close to the reception. Room had a nice view of the church and the town. Room was excellent with great shower and bath. Excellent lift to the 3rd floor. The bar was good and the host treated me to a lager for cycling from Dieppe!

Exceptional

Room was as expected and very clean. The bathroom is compact but well laid out. Breakfast was excellent for the 8 euro price. Pastries, croissant and coffee were all good quality. The staff went beyond the call of duty, we arrived late but the manager on the reception showed me where the car park was then carried my wife's bag to the reception. Car parking is 4 euro. Would visit again

Pleasant

The stuff was very friendly. The room was quite. The bed was comfortable. 20 minutes walk from the downtown. You can use the parking only for 4.50€. we could find the parking on the street behind the hotel for free.

The bathroom was a bit too small. There were dust on the floor. No hair dryer in the bathroom, but it's possible to get one at the reception. The area around the hotel doesn't seem save. In front of the hotel is a church, where the homeless gather. Especially in the evening and at night you have to be careful, but the stuff at the reception mentioned it as well.
