Unusual to stay in a retirement apartment but beautiful and clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. Easy to find on Google maps but we struggled to gain access to the building. Staff were very helpful when we found someone. Safe underground parking. Not a desirable area to be out in. We popped to the supermarket 4 mins walk away and brought food back to the comfortable well equipped apartment.
Access was slightly tricky.
Poor area but that wasn’t a problem. See above.
Ask staff for Internet code. We couldn’t find it and there were no staff around after a certain time.

We have stayed several times when travelling to SW France and works for us.Has underground parking.Dog friendly
Area is 20 minutes walk from cathedral and is a little down at heel

Self contained and clean
It was an old folks home
Confusing when you first arrive
Area is not the nicest , lots of men hanging about street corners with nothing to do until late at night

Totally different to the norm but sooo good.
This is primarily a retirement complex that lets apartments.
The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.
I wish I could speak more French then I would have played board games and cards with the residents lol.
The car park is totally secure and great for cars and bikes but there is a height restriction
Was advised NOT to go into town at night so I got an uber eats delivery

After a previous 3-night stay here, I booked again, because
* the apartments are really well designed, with
. a comfortable bedroom
. a lounge with a practical kitchen area
. a spacious and well equipped bathroom
. a balcony with table + chairs
. electric roller blinds
. adequate lighting
. plenty of storage space
. excellent accessibility
* a wonderful swimming pool on the ground floor
* a shopping centre including a large supermarket very close by
* very pleasant personnel
* the bed's mattress was good quality but not firm enough for me.
NB. Some dishonest guests steal items of equipment.. and fully deserve the announced policy of withdrawal of the appropriate sums from their cards!

Everything worked out perfect. Parking with a trailer was handled brilliant by management; but the charges €20per night. In their Amien branch that we stayed in too also enclosed was totally free.
Despite the fact that WIFI was provided someone decided to block HDMI connections inclusive Netflix and that is simply not tolerable as Netflix is a paid facility and blocking this is on the border line of illegality! Someone should pay financial compensation as the issue could not be resolved by staff available - we stayed four days - VERY BAD

The rooms were very spacious, clean and equipped with a kitchenette. The pool was also very clean and empty around dinner time if you want some privacy. The location was okay, not very close to the main station in Rouen for travelling, but it wasn’t super hard to get to. It was about a 3-5 minute walk from a shopping centre with lots of good stores and food locations. The tram was close by to take you into the city otherwise it’s an easy 20-30 minute walk into the city area.
Don’t be surprised if you see some permanent residents, especially elderly ones. I wasn’t aware prior to my arrival but the hotel/apartment rooms are actually in a retirement home. This didn’t end up being an issue as it was very clean and comfortable, but it was just surprising and definitely made for a unique experience.

An excellent location to reach and to explore the city. very nice and friendly environment and an apartment in good order with a nice little balcony, much appreciated in times of extreme heat. Swimming pool was in good shape.
Large shopping mall in walking distance.

Very clean, centrally located, spacious, good secure parking
Need to have checked in relatively early

The hotel was well positioned close enough to the town to walk or easy access via the tram , shopping centre literally just around the corner, car was secure in the underground carpark, bars & restaurants close by, pool was really nice , and everything was clean and very tidy , staff where absolutely brilliant we had an issue with our shower and within minutes there was a maintenance man knocking on our door, I
It's hard to put anything negative., out balcony was facing the street and could be a little noisy at night, room was a little warm for us so we had the windows open, but couldn't seem to drop the temperature from the mid 20's !

I had not realised that this was an apartment in a senior living facility, which was a bit odd. I haven't rechecked the listing to see if that was my mistake or not. Didn't eat there or use the pool.
Apartment was a good size, very clean and with a good bathroom and kitchenette. Bed was comfortable.
Location was very close to tramline so easy to get into Rouen.
Parking in the basement very convenient.
I had not realised that this was an apartment in a senior living facility, which was a bit odd. Immediate environs were a bit rundown and view from window was just across to other apartments.
The apartment was a bit austere - there was no artwork or soft furnishings that you might expect in a conventional hotel or apartment.

Easy location to access with car. Safe garage for car parking. Spacious room. Kitchenette was nice to make small meals & breakfast. Full size fridge to store drinks & french delicacies. Quiet location, no street noise during night time.
Separate charge for breakfast. Not so many restaurants near by for eating; only kebab places & similar fast food restaurants. Although 15 min. walk to city center was easy way to find lots of nice restaurants.

Apartment was huge. Very comfortable, with big shower and big living room with balcony and TV. We loved the social enterprise aspect of the place. We didn’t manage to use pool facilities, but would definitely do it if we stayed another day.
There were almost fully equipped kitchen, but only one bread knife. We noticed that only after buying groceries, none ideal. Location is bit away from old town, but there are metro, shopping center and grocery store nearby.

New spacious room
They rent out rooms in elderly facility!
Walking to the cathedral through the neighborhood is very unpleasant and seems I am on a different continent

perfect solution for 1 night. Have everything - 2 rooms app (living with kitchen and bedroom), verrry clean. Comphy bed, balcony for smoke. Garage parking with direct elevator for just 10 euro.
Location good - 2 minutes to metro and 4 stops (10 min) to the center.
the most amaising for me - that this is pansion for elderly. All satff and residents are super friendly

Location good, with excellent public transport into historic town centre. Staff very helpful and friendly.General facilities good, although poor advance info: pool closed on Sunday & no info about sauna, which would have been great in icy weather but had to be booked in advance so found out too late. Breakfast disappointing: had to be booked in advance (also not made clear), selection very poor.
Poor advance info about facilities. Pool closed on Sunday & no info about sauna, which would have been great in icy weather but had to be booked in advance so discovered too late. Breakfast disappointing: had to be booked in advance (also not made clear), selection very poor. Self-catering room not cleaned during our stay, although info suggested it would be. Wi-fi annoying: code lasted only 2 days (again, not told in advance) so had to request repeated access.

This apartment was spotlessly clean, chic, almost brand new. It was spacious, and beautifully finished, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and sofa and smart kitchen and bathroom. That it was in an older persons accommodation was lovely- the residents we came across were friendly and welcoming. We had the beautiful pool and infra-red sauna to ourselves.
It was great value, but I had thought it was even cheaper and was surprised when I checked in- though this was my mistake- I should have doubled checked the full price.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The parking was also super.
Limited restaurants in the area. Walking into the cathedral quarter provides little more at least on a Tuesday night.

Need to let people know that’s it a residential people’s home where everything shut down at 8pm

This is a very good priced hotel on one of the banks of the river in Rouen. It was reasonably easy to find and the reception staff were welcoming. The room and apartment were spacious although we would only really want to stay 1 night so its a good stop off place. It is perfect for older people as it has lifts and is easy access. The pool is nice on the ground floor.
The location would have been better on the other river banks but its only 7 minutes to drive to the old quarter. The location is a bit seedy and on a Monday most local restaurants are closed. But it is good value and perfectly adequate.

It was very clean and spacious and convenient to get to the old area of Rouen
It was a bit strange being in a block for retirees

WARNING! If you want to pay twice for the same accommodation because they will take double the amount for no reason, in my case 2 x 141,44 euros, if you want to get your money back and after 12 attempts you won't succeed because they simply don't answer you, if you want to have a crazy experience of ignorance by your Booking provider, then DORMITYS in Rouen is your best masochistic opportunity that you shouldn't waste. It's been a month since I have checked out (14 July 2023) and still no response and no money, as they are apparently ignoring Booking administration as well. I have all the evidence of what I have written. In short, enjoy the unexpected complications of staying at DORMITYS and don't moan about it later. I'm writing this because Booking keeps reminding me to review my accommodation. I believe it will be helpful to many people. :(

Hotel was about a 25 min walk into Central Rouen, but we knew that and the walk was fine.

The apartment was great. The breakfast was just ok if you come among the first.
I think that more attention can be paid to breakfast, but otherwise it was great.

The area itself is not very nice, but close to large shopping center and walking distance to Rouen center if you like to walk.
Wi-fi was not working and personnel said that they don't know when it is going to be fixed. So it never worked while we stayed there.

Nice new place, very clean, large rooms and a lot of amanities on site
Was like the place wasn't quite finished yet. No curtains, no wifi, breakfast was fine but quite unorganised, etc. Next to a large building site that started working at 6 AM. Also, breakfast between 8-9. only is a pretty slim window.
