Disappointed not being able to have a beer after long journey

When extras added on arrival (tax, parking, breakfast, pet) nearly doubled the price advertised Receptionist speaking on telephone the whole time Nice bar but no beer, no draught, no bottles, no food available. No restaurant or bars nearby

Great hotel but party in one of rooms was very loud.

Good location parking just underneath and was wide for an under ground car park. Howel was nice and modern.

There was a party going on upstairs room until about midnight until eventually someone went and knocked on their door. The soundproofing was lacking that I could hear everything very loudly.

Best scrambled egg in many years. Tasted excellent.

The room was small and had limited facilities. The location was next to a tram station and busy throughout the night. The location also felt as if it were in an unsafe neighbourhood.

Where you stay decides your mood of visiting the place and it was spoiled.

Offered a car park, staff tried to help

2 hours lost in Checkin, had to change many rooms on the first day, first room was a twin room instead of the double room I booked, second room was a double room but just 8 m2 and very dark with broken window, then we had to settle for in a twin room as a 3rd change. evening reception is only in French, room was okish. Car park entrance was blocked with other cars which the hotel did not take care much. I have stayed in Catalonia chain hotels and NH hotels they are 3 star, compared to those hotels the b & b Rouen certainly is a 2 star hotel as it did not have proper facilities.

Location for a 1 night stop over on the way from the UK to Spain, parking 👍. Room was small but clean

Not being able to have a drink at the bar as apparently you can't drink at the bar after a certain time i think it was around 10 pm. It would have been nice to sit at the bar for a beer to unwind a little after a 7 hour drive, instead of taking the beer to the room

Very nice place for short stay

Excellent location! The city train station is in 1 min walk, and the train takes you to downtown in 10 min. Large shopping center just across the street, with supermarket and several options for snacks/fast-food. The hotel itself is quite, no noise from the street. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Nice breakfast. Good underground parking (additional €8,5 per night, but that's very fair cost). And amazing mattress and pillow! 🙂 I didn't expect to get such a fine quality and good atmosphere, and now B&B will be my preferable choice for short stay

Location was good but a bit difficult to locate how to find the garage. Everything was good value for money. Helpful lady serving breakfast went and got us cold water for our water bottle's.

Not much

Breakfast was cold and insipid, the room was very small and the door handle came off in my hand as i closed the door. The location was quite isolated, and there's not much around as in local restaurants. Also, the staff directed us to a restaurant that was closed, which, considering my mother is a frail 91 Yr old was less than helpful. Dont think I will be back.

A good basic hotel close to the centre of Rouen.

Large clean air-conditioned room. Large comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet with several choices of meat, cheese and bread. Very good coffee. Good basic hotel with guests from all over Europe.

It was a bit difficult to access the hotel as you have to drive partway down a side road, take a sharp left-turn then drive around the front of hotel and up onto the pavement to access the basement parking. No facilities to make drinks in the room but you can buy tea or coffee outside of meal times from Reception. No mats or carpets on the floor but the floor was clean. No ventilation in the bathroom so it was very damp after showering.

We picked this hotel to stay one night on our Normandy road trip. This was the closest hotel to city centre with a car park. Parking is not free, but 8 eur per 24 hours is reasonable.

Toilet flush tank made a noise whole night. I think it was leaking and refilling continuously.

the hotel is very central and right next to a metro stop. just 2 stops from the old town and 3 stops from Rouen Rive Droit train station. and it’s very quiet for being literally right next to the Metro. the staff are friendly and helpful.

Comfortable but noisy

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The city center is reachable by 20 minutes walk.

There are construction works in the hotel, therefore early in the morning the noise starts. The works are exactly on the same level as we were sleeping. Also a big cloud of dust in the air. Same goes for breakfast room, we were eating with dust environment and dust on the tables (which were also not cleaned in between guests). When arriving for breakfast (9:20h), there was nothing left! We asked for bread, which was brought together with croissants and pain au chocolate, but still other things were not served anymore.
