A few issues bothered us:t - we were 3 bu3rd bed was nor ready althoughwe checked in late (we had to wait till 10pm) *2nd couple of slippers - unwrapped, and included 2 left ones (no 3rd at all). And we felt you need slippers in this room) Also - it is a strange feeling in the toilet - it is like on an aircraft. Nothing wrong, just strange. But alll and all - good hotel with friendly service and great location (bus stop on the corner - 3 buses, 3 stops to the city center). Nice variation for breakfst, and once more - very friendly helpful staff.

Stayed for a night on our way back to Calais, it turns out this is a popular thing to do at this hotel as it was very busy. The hotel is in a great location, clean and very comfy beds. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The one thing that lets this place down is the breakfast experience. Food was good enough but the area where it is served can’t cope with a lot of people. Lack of tables, queues for food and plates weren’t replenished quick enough. However, above all, this place was great and we’d definitely start again, we’ll just try to get to breakfast before everyone else.

We appreciate owners front desk helped us to get a cab. when our Uber did not show up. The couch pull out was 2 smaller cots and they were squeaky and not very comfortable (lumpy). When we stayed here in January, the pullout couch was 1 bed and it was very comfortable.

We had a stop off en route south. The family room had perfect facilities with two single beds for the children and a large double. Also a fridge and microwave to prepare snacks or breakfast. Just what we needed with a child needing specialist food.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower/sink area is small. The staff was very friendly and there was a nice coffee machine in the lobby with free coffee, which we appreciated. The location was not great and you only have a strip of restaurants nearby and walking to the city center was far, so we drove and parked there, but the hotel area felt safe.

The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. But the bathroom and toilet are separated, but both are that cheap, all-in-one plastic room, it makes you feel like you are on a plane or a ferry. The bathroom is ok and the shower is powerful, although did leak into the main part of the bathroom, but It's really disappointing that the design of the bathroom and toilet (in particular) is so cheap in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is ok, very small pastries. You will definitely be hungry still if you do the express breakfast (1 coffee and 1 pastry for 5 euros). The staff were all great though. Location is good, right on the river and walking distance to the old town. I would probably stay again, but I would definitely look elsewhere first, purely down to the terrible bathroom and toilet (mainly the toilet) design.

Novotel Suites is a modern, comfortable hotel that sits across from the Seine and is close to the historic district of Rouen. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very accommodating. We arrived before check-in time, but they arranged for our room to be readied while we parked our car in their secured underground lot. Our room was roomy and clean with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. We enjoyed a late lunch at one of the many restaurants and bars across the street along the riverwalk. Later on we walked over to the historic district to view the famous cathedral and the site of Joan of Arc's execution. We took advantage of the express check out the next morning.

We used this as a stopover on our way through to the Alps, and was perfect for this. Easy to get to, secure underground parking (additional charge but worth it for peace of mind). Family room perfect for us with two boys who were happy to share a large double bed. Room was clean and fresh, had all we needed. No restaurant as such unless you're looking for pizza, but plenty of choice for dinner just a short walk away by the river. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and good quality. Overall very happy with our one night stay, and would be happy to recommend based on our experience.

Perfect place to stay for a few nights iN Rouen or as an overnight stop when heading to the Vendee or Charente-Maritime. We have stayed a few times. The secure car park provides peace of mind. You dont need to empty your car if you Fe just passing tbrough. I would suggest a few tea bags, sachets of Coffee, and some milk would no amiss. The fridge kettle etc are a bit pointless without mugs etc. But hey.
