Cozy, warm room, designed in beautiful colours, with big bed, TV, blackout curtains, air conditioning, hot water in the shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing desk. 24/7 hours reception desk. A small sign on the bathroom wall says that you can ask the reception staff for any personal care items you need, and they will provide them for you, which is a really nice touch. Staff members were really welcoming.
There was some mould between the tiles in the shower and some small hairs on the bedsheet. The room had dust on the edges of the carpet, where it meets the wall. Net curtains had holes. Also there is no room service in the hotel, so if you want to eat, you need to sit in the bar near the reception desk, or take food with you to the room.

All of it everyone was very nice particularly staffannie who was always smiling and kind and helpful, she is an asset to the hotel .

We have been a few times before on our way to Spain and back home and have always been very happy with everything. The breakfast is very good. The Staff always pleasant.
This year seemed to have quite a few single male guests wandering around the hotel. They didn't seem to be French either. Also, the hotel has always been busy in the past, but it was very quiet this year, This worried us, and sadly, we won't be returning.
