The lady on reception was lovely and really helpful. The room was clean.
The area that the hotel is situated in wasn't particularly nice. The car park for the hotel was difficult for us to find, we found it by accident luckily. I think clear instructions should be on website and in booking information.

It’s clean, and the room’s design looks nice, but from a practical point of view I still find it illogical.
The room’s design and facilities are poorly thought out. The wardrobe is extremely small, the pillows are too thin, and the bedside table is awkwardly positioned, requiring you to twist your arm to reach it. The bed legs also appear to be close to breaking. In addition, the night staff were not very welcoming and behaved in an unnecessarily patronizing manner. The day staff, however, were very welcoming and helpful.
