Reasonable hotel that needs more stuff and refreshing

The bed was comfortable The guy serving was friendly and accommodating

The bathroom needs some repairs Breakfast felt a bit basic for its price Too few stuff- the guy serving dealt with everything from check in to bar to dealing with other requests

Perfect for our trip to Calais.

Position for our journey back to Calais good. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Excellent parking

Carpets badly stained and noisy air con. Booking.com reserved a baby cot for my 6 year old! Hotel full on arrival so I slept on the floor

Uncomfortably hot

Good room size.

Advertised as having air conditioning but apparently would not be turned on by management. Resulted in a horrendously uncomfortable night in a hot room and no sleep, our 10month old baby cried all night due to this and undoubtedly disrupted other guests. Had to leave the window open but the traffic noise was incredibly loud all night. Window also would not be safe if had children who were able to climb as it opened fully so risk of falls from 5th floor.

A decent worth for money stay.

The property is easy to access by public transport and car. It’s in a calm location. Has its own parking. Breakfast was decent. Staffs where super friendly.

Room was perfect.Location excellent for motorways.Very secure parking.Very helpful staff

Last year not then under Ibis,they had tea and coffee facilities in the room. I know it’s only a small difference. But after a long drive from uk.It makes a big difference. It’s a shame this has been taken away.Especially that most people use the hotel,as it’s a great location for the motorways.

Clean, nice, good breakfast, all in all good experience

The room was comfortable and nice, the location is a bit off the city but we wanted a parking so that was the compromise. Friendly staff, all in all good experience.

The property did not look as advertised it also did not have working AC in the summer! we were soooooo terribly hot in 35 degree heat with a puppy dog and let down massively we also did not have towels , shower gel or toilet paper in our room

it was a welcome overnight break in a very long drive

it was very comfortable and clean. We had a problem with our reservation and the receptionist went out of her way to sort it out for us, nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

Under renovation

The hotel will be very nice when it’s finished had we known it was still under renovation obviously we would not have booked - however Lorraine was very nice & helpful.

It is still incomplete & difficult to find thanks to the local post lady who helped us find the hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Parking was secure but cost €7 per night. Evening meal was just okay!!

This is not a central location. Difficult to access due to one way system and roadworks in Rouen. Half an hours walk from riverside restaurants, many of which are not open on a Monday. The hotel is not in a particularly nice area.

The room was quiet & comfortable.

We arrived early evening. There were no snacks or hot drinks available. There were no bottles of water in the bedroom & no tea bags. Restaurants were quite a drive from the hotel . Staff didn't have local knowledge of takeaways

Excellent hotel for a short stay on a road trip or for business

Room was good and quiet. Our first had a bad smell but it was changed immediately without question. Food was good

Very good option for a short stay!

We had a late check-in but everything was great. Reception staff did not charge the parking for one night which was a nice gesture. Room was big and comfy and had everything we needed!

Location is ok, room is ok, people on reception are very nice. Everything was clean.

Breakfast is bad. Manager of hotel is not friendly at all and very arrogant. They take deposit 150 euro, but it is not written in conditions about the hotel. And it was not nice surprise!

Climate control was not working and a lot of noise of ventilation system nearby, we had room 120, sleeping with the open was the only option but this also included the noise from outside 😔
