No tea or coffee available in rooms even though hotels.com advertise it. After a long ride was needed and one reason for booking. Offered options need to be checked before advertising them. Car parking secure, breakfast short of cheese, brie only other than that no priblem enough of everything. Shower was abysmal, rain shower absolutely no pressure, dribbled out. Luckily there was seperate hand shower that worked ok. Extractor fan didn't work, but fortunately the mirror had heating elements to keep it clear. Confusing as no kettle for hot water, as we keep costs down, but pay for electrically heated mirror...., I'm a little confused by business model here.

The hotel is relly good, clean and the staff is really nice. Breakfast could be better, i like scrambled eggs and they had only boiled, but i enjoyed a lot the stay in general, mostly for the staff ! The room is big and confortable, also nice, and the parking is also good, even though we have to pay is really safe and the price is ok. As for the location, it´s a little bit far from the historical center, however either way it´s a nice opportunity to walk a little and get to know also the places next to river to have dinner for example.

Staff was misinformed about gluten free options and my partner could have been very sick if they followed the staff information. They said breakfast would have gluten free options so we paid for it but there was none. For a IBIS hotel we were expecting a certain level of professionalism.

The staff were very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. No food only Pizza for dinner. Which was cold in middle and heated in microwave. No tea and coffee facilities. No fresh milk just UHT. If your using it just for stop over and just need a place to crash excellent as bed was nice shower was great as well

Great hotel for stop over for one night. Not clost to much on foot. The restaurant was not open, but we got something nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Really NICE staff. Easy to park and cheap for the night. Must drive to city centre or walk 30 minutes, so not in a touristy area. But easy to get to, into park and away in the morning.

Great stay at this very comfortable Ibis.Goid secure parking for €7 per night and easy walk into Rouen city centre.Added bonus of being able to watch a rugby match from your room if you are located at the rear of the property.

Great weekend stay at this lovely Ibis.Very good on-site parking for €7 a night.Only let down was that it says there is tea/coffee facilities in the room.There was not!! Please amend this.We will stay again,but will bring a kettle next time.

Very convenient. Excellent staff. Food was very nice. Only one small thing let it down and that was the quality of the pillows, which were very thin. I would still stay here again.

Room was clean and modern. The shower was excellent and clean towels every day. The room could benefit from draws or shelves to unpack in to as there were only 5 hangers for clothes. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and the food was good. The bar shut quite early so having returned to the hotel in the evening it was a little disappointing not to be able to drink a cold beer. (Day time temperature was very high 30's) Location is a little way out of Rouen but if you don't mind a little walk it was quite simple to get to the centre.
