excellent starting point to visit Rouen

The room was clean and well equiped. The hotel is located near river Seine. It takes less than 10 min to walk to the oldest part of the city. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly.

Ventilator in the neighborhood was a little bit loud.

Hotel is very nice overall. Room decor was nice and was clean with a small terrace outside.

Room was very small for us with our dog also. Location is ok but in a busy area with a lot of traffic and busy roads.

The access to the hotel underground parking was extremely tight and took some effort to shuffle in no and out of parking spaces.

This is NOT a four star hotel

Four stars????? It’s like a grubby hostel/ half way house. Only in France this is a four star… the staff (one guy) was very very pleasant. The car park seemed secure however very narrow entrance. The bed was ok.

Old naff devoid of charm ugly in a quite creepy area almost under a bridge. Bathroom horrendous. Should be classified as a two star HOSTEL.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good private secure car parking.

We were really shocked by the shabby condition of the tiny bedrooms and the dining room. Furnishings were battered and worn, and resembled something rescued from a skip. Attempts had obviously been made to repair broken fittings, trims and equipment but previous fixings had been with screw holes and unpainted patches in abundance. The mattress cover was covered in raised fabric piling which protruded through the sheet.

It was pretty basic & lacked any personality but the location suited us & the bed/bathroom was OK

We were able to park free of charge which was unexpected. Our room overlooked a corporate car park so was quiet - away from the busy roads. Comfy bed. Good bathroom/shower. Towels & toiletries were decent quality. Breakfast was fine. Area & location was very good - easy walk into the old town & also to the river & a supermarket.

We expected a private car park. Hotel seemed unloved & tired. Breakfast room lacked any joie de vivre or personality. Milk wasn't replenished on first day & no staff around. Room was compact so each time you brushed past the curtain it drew open. Expired lightbulb and coffee cups weren't replaced when room was serviced. Noise at night from other guests banging room doors. Be aware that hotel has busy roads on two sides!

Business (work) trip, needed place to quite sleep - perfect match!.

2 caffe machines, big dining room, quite, no running TV inside.

Very limited breakfast options. No eggs (boiled/scrambled/omlet), no vegetables. Only 1 taste of juice (second was "empty"), no yellow cheese.
