Beautiful classic furniture and decor in the room and hotel. Great location with steps to main sights in Rouen. Good and secure front door lock process. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A very welcoming and helpful reception. We had a charming small room, the bathroom was beautifully designed. Every piece of furniture in the room was carrefully selected by a skilled interior designer: the vintage bedside cabinets, the chest of drawers, the mirrors, the decorative wall light. The mattress was the best we experienced so far! We loved Rouen so we will come back for sure at this hotel!

We were greeted by an extremely nice receptionist. The room was clean and well maintained. The furniture was real antiques. Bathroom was great, although there was a leak in the shower. The double windows isolated all the noise from the main street.

There was no air conditioning in the room. This was not a problem for us because the temperatures in July were very low.

Ideal location, classy room, excellent price.

Very happy with the room - it was very cute and well-appointed. Price was great and the location was ideal. Close to the railway station and right beside restaurants, bars and the town centre. Perfect.

For the older gentleman such as myself, a room on the fifth floor when the lift only goes to the fourth is far from ideal. So the lesson is -enquire first.

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell that made the entire room stink. Small bloodstains on the sheets. Bar just beneath the window so loud until 2 at night. Breakfast was alright.

The staff was wonderful and friendly. The location was descent and close to all of the restaurants.

No air conditioning and it was hot. The fan helped but it was not enough. With the windows open, the bar noise was too much and the noise continued into the middle of the night (past 2 am).

I enjoyed my stay in the heart of this beautiful city. Dandy hotel was a good choice for my 3 nights

Very good location for visiting the historical part of the city. Staff were vey helpful and easygoing. The small lobby is very cute with antique furniture, comfortable seats and newspapers. The breakfast room was amazing with small buffet yet offering a good choice of fresh local food.

I loved my room. Very quaint. However was in need of updating (painting and lighting). Bathroom was big with nice fixtures but again in need of updating.

We would recommend this hotel and it’s close to everything, a beautiful historical town, lovely shops and bars/cafes

it’s a small family hotel, well run and very clean, the rooms are very quaint and bed is very comfortable! Bathroom spacious but shower needs updating!! it’s good value fir money staff are helpful!

the front rooms overlook the street and can be noisy at night, best to have a back room if possible!
