It was easy to find, the onsite parking was great and it was only a 10/15 minute walk from the main centre of Rouen.
They didn’t have any tonic water for our entire 4 night stay so unable to indulge in my usual tipple at the end of the day 😕

I liked the EV charger in the parking
The room and overall design show that Mercure doesn’t know whether it wants to be an upcycled IBIS Basic or a wannabe mid level hotel. The bathroom had a fresh coat of paint over the existing tiles, but kept the ceiling tiles that are reminiscent of the worst seventies hotels.
