Smelly unpleasant dirty outdated apartment, very depressing

Location

The living room was extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell, which was very disappointing as we were traveling with family and kids. The bathrooms were unhygienic, the beds had hair on them, and no toiletries were provided. I will never stay here again. Upon contacting the . management, they denied refund saying we do not have such a policy. We paid too much for one night for such a trash place.

Excellent all round, just need a later check out

The apartments are amazing, very well equipped, very clean, the little touches like the dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea and coffee provided were very useful. The beds are very comfy, the staff were extremely helpful when we found we had no hot water - it was resolved very quickly considering it was around 10pm. This is our second time staying here and we will most certainly be booking again next year. They provide parking for 12€ per day which isn’t too far to walk from the apartment. We also learnt from the handy write up in the apartment that you get use of the pool at a nearby hotel for a discounted price

The only downside we found is the check out time of 10am. This is rather early when you have 3 children to try and get organised, when we requested a later check out they wanted 82€ - it would be great if they extended the check out to 11am for free.

L’emplacement

Logement insalubre et non conforme Nous avons payé 217 € la nuit pour un appartement sale et mal entretenu. Les sols étaient tachés, une chaussette se trouvait dans un lit (ce qui laisse douter de la propreté des draps), et de la moisissure avec une odeur infecte dans les douches. Aucun savon ni gel douche n’était fourni — impossible même de se laver les mains à l’arrivée. Nous sommes partis dès le lendemain matin tellement c’était insalubre. Malgré nos photos et réclamations, Booking n’a offert qu’un crédit de 27 €, ce qui est inacceptable. Je déconseille vivement ce logement et invite Booking à revoir ses standards de contrôle.

L'emplacement et la surface de l'appartement, la présence d'un ascenseur, la literie au top.

Une des chambres ne possède qu'une fenêtre donnant sur un espece de vide ventilé ou autre mais alors qu'il y fait chaud, il n'y a pas de possibilité d'aérer car mauvaises odeurs (nous revenons une 2ème année dans cet appartement, nous avions déjà eu le cas il y a 5 ans); il faut tirer cette chambre à la courte paille. Il manque quand-même un peu de vaisselle...

Un appartement sombre à la propreté approximative

La situation, le confort des couchages et la propreté du réfrigérateur, du lave-vaisselle et de la vaisselle.

La "suite" que nous avons loué ne répond aucunement à cette appellation en dehors peut-être de sa surface. Il s'agit d'un appartement sombre à la propreté approximative (sol sale et incrusté de tâches, moisissures dans les douches et sur l'un des pommeaux de douche, supports de gel douche rouillés, odeur insoutenable dans l'une des salles de bains, lunette de toilette jaunie, canapé sale, four sale, bouches d'aération pleines de poussière agglutinées). J'ai également découvert une chaussette boulottée dans le fond du lit que j'ai occupé. Je me demande donc si la literie a été changée depuis la précédente location. Le mobilier de terrasse est à revoir aussi (vieille table et 2 chaises en bois datées et abîmées ). De plus il manquait du mobilier (2 lampes de chevets pour 6 couchages..) et concernant les lits pas de décoration soignee avec petits coussins comme sur les photos, mais des draps blancs simples. Qualité de prestation inacceptable pour le prix! Annonce mensongère.

Zeer leuke vakantie gehad.

Zeer mooi uitzicht. Duplex was ruim genoeg voor 6 personen. Leuk om wakker te worden met zee uitzicht. Geen gedoe met sleutels ontvangen. Ze lagen ruim op tijd in de kluis. Bij het duplex appartement kon je zowel de trap in het appartement gebruiken als de lift in de gang. Dit was zeer handig voor mijn mama die in een rolstoel zit en zo gemakkelijk naar de douche kon.

Er had meer bestek mogen zijn voor 6 personen. We dienden telkens het bestek af te wassen voor de volgende maaltijd, terwijl er een afwasmachine was.

La proximité avec la mer, je ne m'attendais pas à cela malgré que cela avait été annoncé. Du living la vue est magnifique. Cela nous a permis de surveiller nos enfants en pleine activité sur la plage et ceci depuis le living!

Le parking étant quand même éloigné, cela est dommage!

Verder was alles ok, en we hebben een prachtig familieweekend gehad.

De ligging was top. Het appartement en de kamers waren ruim. Alleen in de badkamer kon je nergens je kleren leggen We hebben geen personeel gezien, maar alles was wel in orde.

Er was geen haakje op kleren op te hangen in de badkamer of een stoel om iets op te leggen. In de douche iets om je zeep en shampoo uit je handen te leggen.

De ligging

Badkamer was niet netjes. Rook muf en schimmel in de douche en op het afzuigsysteem. De kast in de woonkamer stond vol vuile vingers. De TV hangt er veel te hoog en was niet handig in gebruik. Tevens rook het hele appartement muf zodat we dadelijk bij aankomst de ramen hebben open gezet.
