Free motorcycle parking, great breakfast but noisy tram

Close to the beach. Fabulous breakfast. We were able to park our motorcycle in the hotel's underground garage free of charge :-)

Unfortunately the 'new and improved' tram that goes past the front of the hotel is very heavy and very noisy. The owners of the hotel can't do much about this but nevertheless, this spoils what would otherwise have been a fab stay.

We'd be back if in the area

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.. The room was comfortable, clean, a good size and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was magnificent. A huge variety of breads, pastries plus fruit, yoghurts, cereals and scramled egg - everything was delicious. One of the best we've ever had. The parking behind was easy and well organised (for an extra €15) and there was safe storage for our bikes too (free). It was only a short walk to the nearby beach.

Although we'd ordered a back room to get away from potential road noise, it was more both side and back so we could hear passing trams clearly.

Great breakfast, warm welcome.

Spacious, clean room with easy parking outside (we imagine it might be harder in peak season, but they do have an underground parking option for a reasonable fee). Exceptional breakfast, everything you could want, nicely presented. Lovely dining area and the bar looked cosy, we’ll try that next time! Very friendly hosts.

We were in a room facing the street and the tram rumbles by from time to time. It didn’t bother us as much as we thought it might, and probably provides a handy transport link.

Really nice place, great food, perfect location.

Breakfast was amazing everyday, great selection of food and the staff were all very helpful and very nice.

The rooms do not have air conditioning so they are very warm, I spoke to reception to ask for a fan but they said they only have 1 which they use. Even with the windows open the rooms are vey warm.

Excellent service and great people!

Breakfast was fantastic as was the dinner menus that were offered during the weekend. There was a parking possibility available and I also could put my bikes in the garage of the hotel (possibility to charge your e-bike if needed)!

The only "little" thing is the tramline, it is just beside the hotel. The noise is not bad and it stops quite early in the evening and doesn't start really early in the morning. But you can hear it pass by, but bot much. So all in all, it didn't bother me, but I did notice it. But on the other hand, it is easy to get around, when you your tram pass by the hotel :)
