A very nice experience

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The pool was not too crowded, the water was warm and it was easily accessible. The room was cozy and clean.

Our full bed was in fact made of 2 twin beds joined together.

Not being welcomed at all!

Only the breakfast was the good part. Do not count on coffee though

The staff are extremely rude. We were not feeling welcomed at all. It feels like they prefer to have their own local client. The woman at the check in desk was extremely rude from the moment we stepped in. She didnt give us any information on the breakfast, or pool. She just wanted to get ride of us. The room they gave to us, was double bed and not comphy. In the room there was no fridge, no powder coffee or tea set. When i request a glass of hot water from the lobby, they were even pissed. I definitely do not recommend here. Not worthy for the money we paid.

Modern spacious room with a balcony. Modern, spotless, comfortable bathroom. Close to the beach, right next to the coastal tram.

The restaurant had to be booked and closed relatively early.

Breakfast was OK. The food offering was satisfactory, but coffee was mediocre, and good coffee in the morning is very important for me. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean.

- Breakfast coffee was really not good. - The beds were OK, but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. - WiFi was very slow (2 bars or less most of the time).

Die Dame des Hauses war sehr nett, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Über ein paar mehr deutsche Fernsehsender würde ich mich freuen.

Vriendelijk onthaal. 's Morgens werden bedden opgemaakt en werd opgeruimd. De bediening bij het ontbijt.

Das Personal ist super freundlich und entgegenkommend, Parkmöglichkeit gratis am Hotel, schnell am Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück, Großes Zimmer und super sauber. Tramstation vor Tür, man brauch das Fahrzeug nicht zu benutzen. Mein Sohn (1,5 Jahre) wurde wie ein kleiner Prinz behandelt. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tout était très bien. Je connaissais déjà et j’ai retrouvé tout ce qui m’avait plu : confort, calme, personnel aux petits soins, repas excellents... et la piscine géniale.
