Look no further

The greatest thing about the hotel - next to many others - is that it is a authentic classy and soulful hotel owned by a terrific, witty owner who knows exactly what she is doing. Entering the hotel is like being in a movie, especially in the evening whilst sipping a Campari-Soda in the bar area. I recommend the suite with balconies for wonderful streetviews.

I want to complain about Booking.com, not the hotel. While making the reservation, I asked for late check-out and bookng said yes (not immediately, but after a couple of hours, giving the impression that the hotel has been contacted). However, it was not the case, the hotel did not know anything about our late check-out request. And we did not get it, so, it's your mistake, Booking.com

The room was very nice , super clean and since my partner is a smoker, the owner was kind enough to give us a room with a balcony. The location cant not be better, you are in the shopping area and only minutes to be on the beach. Breakfast was great.

Too high price.

The welcoming was very kind and the staff globally were all very nice. The Hotel is very well located if you want to be very fast at the beach or along the seasides. The room was clean and the beds were comfy.

First thing, it's expensive for this standing. The WIFI connection was very poor. It's complicated to park near the hotel. The breakfast was just alright. Minibar was outrageously expensive and even the tea, water, coffee in the room were "not included" in the price.

Location was excellent.

Car park was smelly. Sewage, garbage smell. My kids couldn't bear because they were not wearing mask. We stayed in the apartment so had to eat breakfast at corridor where many people are passing by with fire extinguisher next to you.

During busy days it is not easy to park a car in the hotel area. So, off-loading the car can be cumbersome.

A nice hotel with unfriendly personnel

The location is quite ideal for a weekend trip at the beach.

The receptionist was very cold and at times almost unfriendly. After the check-out we asked to go to the toilet and initially she didn't want to allow us despite having already paid. The hotel door was closed at 11.00 PM and no one was answering when ringing at the bell. We had to call to get the receptionist to open us the door.

Heel uitgebreid ontbijt. Heel vriendelijk mensen. Kamer was tiptop in orde. Er werd aan de kleinste details gedacht. Heel goed matras. Badkamer met ruime douche. Lift. Koelkastje in kamer. Smart TV. In- en uitchecken ging heel vlot. Hotel in winkelstraat en dicht bij zeedijk. Dus alles te voet te doen, zelf al is het wat minder goed weer buiten. Dus alles perfect. Niets aan te merken. Komen zeker nog terug.

tout était vraiment parfait

rien; mais juste une petite remarque: le frigo chauffe très fort, à un point tel que nous avons dû pouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir un peu la chambre. Mais nous avons déjà rencontré le même soucis dans d'autres établissements.
