Excellent location and staff, but not recommended for kids

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There was a mini-fridge in the room, which was very helpful. The parking was also easy to find and access.

The room was really hot and there wasn't even a fan available. I had to keep the windows completely open to get some fresh air, but I was travelling alone with my toddler, so that wasn't safe. Plus, with all the light and noise outside, it was hard to sleep. I don't recommend it for travelling with kids.

The room deserves a 8/10, the breakfast deserves a 9/10, and the friendly staff deserves a 10/10 ! The room was super clean and quiet. Super nice and generous breakfast in the morning. The location is really good, super close to the beach and quite close to tram stop as well.

The bedroom could get a bit of renovation, but it's nothing too bad.

Great location, close to the beach, parking space, super friendly staff, the lobby and the dining room are very well decorated. Excellent breakfast. Also, it's a dog-friendly place ;)

The bedroom was rather disappointing compared to the common area. It looked old fashioned, and a bit worn out too. But we were not there to stay all day in the room, so...

Nice stay for two. Due to the positive sides I'd consider visiting again.

Firstly, the hotel is on great location (~100m to the nearest beach). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of varieties. Regarding the room, the bathroom is big and modern. The two (additional) beds were folded, so more space in the room. Great commodity is a bike rack within the parking lot.

We didn't like that the Bed sheets were full of someones hair - it could be a bit cleaner. Hopefully this is lone case. Also, beds are not as comfortable as expected - the mattresses are not supportive enough and pillows are oversized. Small fridge is barely functioning - don't expect to cold your drinks in a timely manner.

The hotel is well located in the middle of De Panne. The beach promenade is in within walking distance. My room was very clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was balanced and delicious. The hotel stuff was very friendly and the checkin was fast and uncomplicated. In a nutshell, everything was fine :-)

Noisy and tiny room

The shower.

It was noisy until 1.15 am. The receptionist said that was quite normal and to be expected, so the hotel might be an OK choice for party people, but not for those who want a full night’s sleep. The room was extremely small with no space to put your suitcase, but it was modern and clean.

Très chouette hôtel. Bien situé. Rien à redire en tant qu l'hôtel.

Petit déjeuner très décevant. Nous avons dîner le soir au restaurant de L'Hôtel. Très, très bien. Tout était parfait du début à la fin du repas. Puis le petit déjeuner le lendemain, rien que de la nourriture industrielle. Jambon, fromage venant d'une grande surface. Idem pour le jus de fruit, confitures et le reste..... Le pain était bon et très grand choix. Mais nous aurions préféré la qualité à la quantité

Petit dejeuner complet; sucré/salé, délicieux; et un tout grand bravo pour le shot de gingembre/orange. Literie confortable, chambre moderne, salle de bain parfaite; dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de porte pour la SDB. Mais j'ai un excellent souvenir, merci et a recommander

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was groot genoeg voor 2personen. De matrassen waren goed. Badkamer met douche was recent vernieuwd. Op vraag konden we vroeger ontbijten. Ontbijt was heel lekker en de ontbijtzaal was zeer modern.

Buiten hoorden we een warmtepomp/airco zachtjes draaien. Heel lichtjes, maar we zijn volledige stilte gewoon.

Heel vlotte incheck, zonder paperassen. Privé parking bij hotel, wel tegen kleine vergoeding. Goede wifi. Kleine maar nette (eenpersoons)kamer. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Dat is dus alles wat je wil bij een overnachting!
