Pure escapism surrounded by nature with friendly service and brilliant facilities
We loved the location in a forest well away from the town but close enough to it. The hotel is modern and spacious with very friendly helpful staff. The spa is nice with a very warm sauna and bubbly pool for relaxing and swimming in. We had a bar snack for dinner which was enormous for two and a very tasty varied meat and cheese selection. The room was very well equipped and modern. We left feeling very happy and looked after.
We needed to walk to the town but that was fine as we didnt have a car but we like hiking in nature anyway

The breakfast was amazing, incredible choice.like the architecture of the building. Nice indoor poole. Big bedroom with new bathroom. Nice spa, great massage. the food at the restaurant was delicious.
The sauna was out of use. The receptionist gave us the wrong bedroom. Some of the staff seems more interested of talking to each other instead of looking after the costumer. Nobody comes and check the pool during our stay. Some pool beds were broken. Nails cutting on one of the bed. Bedroom very clean , a part of the windows

Very very dissapointed
we got there at 2 pm it's massive loads of rooms , but they wouldn't let us book n till 4 pm SO we stayed in the bar and had several drinks that was very expensive , because we had been drinking tried to book restaurant for Sunday night to be told sorry it's closed , SO had to drive to the town to eat !!!!! they was very ignorant there , so we came home yesterday morning a day earlier and lost one nights stay ( Never Aga
The French have been so rude this year , as if they don't want the English , several people on the ferry said the same , 2 half lagers 16 euros

Excellent plcae to get away from it all.
Very modern and well maintained facilities. You could tell that the staff members care about their guests. The swimming pool is quite large with two separated lanes.
The dining area is cramped in the morning when it’s chilly outside. It seems the dining capacity was calculated assuming people would sit both in and outdoors. The spa is a bit small but was adequate for our needs.

Lovely building but our room was small
The receptionist on duty said restaurant was full that night and gave us a list of taxis to ring we asked her to ring the only restaurant in walking distance as when we did it was a recording and we didn’t understand it but she declined to do so which we think was appalling.
