Good apart from breakfast.
Location was very handy. Car parking for EV was handy. Easy to find. Staff were lovely.
Lighting in room was poor. Breakfast was a joke. It was chaos with everyone arriving at the same time and no tables free. No food available so we queued for 10 mins for a small croissant. Lack of staff clearing tables. We had to stop off to purchase breakfast on the way home, which should have been available and included in the price. They need to have a breakfast manager welcoming and seating people and they need to book people for breakfast and stagger seating.

Great location comfortable stay and fabulous breakfast
Loved the location and size of the room and the nice Christmas touch especially the lights in the hallways. The rooms were well equipped and had a kettle and hairdryer and bathroom had toiletries and the bed was comfortable

Great hotel near centre of Arras
Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was short walk from the centre of town. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Hotel was new and very clean.

Good central location
Well located and underground parking in a public car park under the hotel. You had to pay the hotel for parking at a reduced rate. The room was pleasant comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good and plentiful.

Everything was as expected.
Charge for parking. We were informed it would be €12 for underground hotel parking, although I had requested parking to be included when booking. Advised not to park in the Public car park behind Hotel as it was municipal parking and we would be charged €20 so I would be receiving a discount by using Hotel car park. As it happened for reasons of sat nav direction I ended up back in Municipal parking and was charged only €5 for the entire stay. Also there was no restaurant in the hotel for guests to have a proper meal only titbits/snacks not good enough for travellers after a long journey from Germany. Also there is a terrible odour either from sewers or in the building hard to tell its origins!
