Really beautiful room and setting. Lovely and relaxing. The host was very welcoming and brought us a little takeaway breakfast feast and flask of coffee for the morning as we couldn’t stay for breakfast… one thing to note… the open plan bathroom/toilet bedroom situation was a little odd for us, we made it work but this may not be for everyone.

Lovely location. Unusual seating areas scattered around (loved sitting in one of the greenhouses when the sun went down). Loved that the host was happy for our dog to wander around without being on his lead. Very relaxed atmosphere and the owner could not have made us more welcome. Really pleasant person & incredible chef!!

Very good host.

We had travelled a long distance and wanted a quiet overnight before the ferry and long drive home. It was perfect, nice walk along the canal, birdwatching and Orchid spotting. Great spot to cycle as well.

The English like to have a large tea cup, but that is one of our differences.

Nice quiet location - made very welcome on arrival even though we arrived early. Did have to change our room but not a problem. Had lovely treat of coffee and gateau (it was the birthday of our hostess). Good breakfast before we left, served by our very friendly host.

Found the stairs up to our room a little steep - but just took it steady and held on to bannister. No real problem.

Outside area.

Rooms too hot, impossible to sleep, uncomfy beds. Kind of weird room for kids The breakfast place was super dirty - chairs and floor not swept and wiped, it was disgusting.

Algemeen gezien vrij ok, maar ik zou hier waarschijnlijk niet terugkeren.

De locatie was mooi. Voldoende afgelegen, maar kortbij onze bestemmingen. Er werd vrij snel gereden op de nabije weg, maar daar was op de kamer helemaal niks van te horen.

De uitbater was vrij bruut in zijn uitspraken, misschien de West-Vlaamse manier op het platteland. We hebben bij vertrek nog €10 cash moeten betalen voor onze hond, hoewel daar helemaal niet over gecommuniceerd werd tijdens de boeking.

Chambre Double Deluxe incroyable

Chambre Double Deluxe super ! Le jacuzzi avec musique intégrée est incroyable. Le lit bien grand avec des oreillers très confortables. Tout était très propre. ++ pour le nombre d’essuies de bain mis à disposition et la machine à café et le mini frigo dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est copieux et varié, un régal ! Hôtes accueillants et sympathiques, on a passé une nuit très agréable.

Fantastische ontdekking

Wij bezochten deze b&b voor een gezellig weekendje met de kindjes in de regio. De locatie kortbij de Zonnegloed, Plopsaland en verschillende badplaatsen is heel erg fijn. De familiekamer was heel hygiënisch, smaakvol en supergezellig ingericht. Er waren boekjes en speelgoed voor de kindjes aanwezig. De badkamer was heel ruim en de bedden sliepen heerlijk. Het uitgebreide en superlekkere ontbijt zorgde voor een perfecte start van de dag. Ook de tuin was perfect voor de kindjes met een glijbaan en een schommel en ook volwassenen kunnen hier tot rust komen op de bankjes, hangstoel of ligzetels in de tuin. Doe daarbij nog een uiterst sympathieke uitbater die er alles aan doet om zijn gasten een fantastische tijd te laten beleven en je hebt een topbeleving!! Wij komen sowieso terug!

Comfortabele en relaxte B&B

Schone nette kamer. Heel comfortabel bed, mooie badkamer met fijn bad en aparte douche. Ontbijt ook heel verzorgd en lekker. Hond was ook welkom tegen kleine vergoeding, vanaf B&B loop je zo het veld in om hem uit te laten.

Gerrit und Praline sind außergewöhnliche Gastgeber die den Aufenthalt so gestalten, das man denkt zur Familie zu gehören. Wer Spaß an an einer tollen, liebevoll eingerichteten und einzigartigen Lokation hat wird sich hier wohlfühlen! Das Frühstück ist aussergewöhnlich gut und Gerrit löst einem alle Wünsche in den Augen ab.. Und wer über alte schöne Dinge reden will oder gutes Essen ist hier am richtigen Ort!

Un gîte dans un coin tranquille assuré par un hôte accueillant et de bons conseils

Gîte dans un spot très calme, en pleine campagne, on se sent très vite à l'aise, le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité et l'hôte est très sympa, il s'occupe au mieux de sa clientèle, on peut se garer sans problème, je recommande pour visiter les plages du secteur ou tout simplement pour se reposer du quotidien.

Des portes manteaux et des étagères plus fonctionnelles pour les vêtements seraient un plus

Rond het woonhuis-oud boerenverblijf (B&B) zijn nog een aantal oude en vervallen stallingen die beter afgebroken worden. Een grondige opkuis zou zeker een belangrijke meerwaarde geven.
