We booked 2 apartments and both were outstanding, 4 mins from the beach, comfy beds, well equipped, the spa bath was amazing, welcome drinks nice touch, first class breakfast, in fact the best breakfast we’ve ever had, the hosts were extremely friendly and both spoke very good English, EV charging, decor was very classy, air con, rain shower, terrace in modish black, mini fridge well stocked, free toiletries, all in all it was outstanding and we will book again.

It is really very modern, comfortable and the owners are simply amazing. They make you feellike king and queen.

Maybe that there was not enough light in the toilet and due to the gigantic bed, the space between the bed and the window is pretty limited and with such a tall bed, even a sporty average but small man or woman will have difficulties to get up there :)

Fabulous

We stayed in the Casual Chic room which is elegantly styled. We felt at home the moment we entered the big room which also houses a nice hot tub. With the delicious "Deluxe breakfast" prepared by host Gregory, all are senses were stimulated, highly recommended. A big thank you to host Cathy who managed to give the room a romantic touch even when I requested the romantic package only one hour before our arrival!!!

Very clean, the chef is professional for breakfast, the staff is very friendly, the room is small but well equipped with modern design, excellent bubble bathtub, TV embedded at the end of the king-size bed is so comfortable to watch Netflix (with your own account of course).

Space around the bed and in bathroom was rather small. No space to do my morning yoga. Also the hight of the bed can be a problem for older less mobile people. But everything was new and super clean.

The best stay I ever had

I chose Marrakesh vibe. A mix of luxury and peaceful stay. Everything was perfect, from the location (5 min walk to the beach, 1 min tram station) amazing design of the room, the bath and shower, and the big windows that give access directly to a private terrace,100% privacy if you are looking for it. I regularly travel alone in search for relaxation and never had a full service like they have put in place. The attention to details is stunning ( from the breakfast prepared each morning by the owner who's already a chef , great fresh variety - and served by his amazing wife Cathy, the comfy bed and bath products). Will definitely return and recommend. Delighted!

Nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour ! L’appartement est magnifiquement décoré, d’une propreté irréprochable, et sa proximité avec la mer en fait un lieu idéal pour se détendre. Il est calme, confortable et très agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont incroyables : super sympathiques, attentifs, professionnels et aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Ils ont vraiment rendu notre séjour spécial. La chambre était nettoyée chaque jour, et notre chien a été traité comme un roi, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Et que dire du petit-déjeuner… C’était tout simplement le meilleur que nous ayons jamais eu lors de toutes nos vacances ! Une véritable expérience culinaire à ne pas manquer. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir testé les restaurants du soir, mais une chose est sûre : nous reviendrons l’année prochaine, et très certainement pour longtemps. Cet endroit est un vrai joyau, et nous en gardons un souvenir extraordinaire

Onze keuze voor Per Sea was ingegeven door de belofte van een culinaire ervaring – en die werd volledig ingelost! Cathy en Gregory combineren een warme, familiale sfeer met uitmuntende professionaliteit. En de grapjes van Gregory? Helemaal ons ding :-).

Wie op de kamer een boek wil lezen, mist een gezellig zeteltje – want in bed lezen is niet altijd ideaal.

Zeer ontspannend en rustgevend , in de watten gelegd!

De ontvangst was heel aangenaam, direct een aperitiefje met een hapje. Zeer gastvrij. De kamer was super proper en alles aanwezig wat je nodig had. Het ontbijt is zeker geen klassiek ontbijt, met aandacht voorbereid en op tafel gezet. Glaasje bubbels erbij, en het eigerecht iedere dag iets anders , allemaal Top ! 🥂 Wij hebben ook gedineerd ‘s avonds …geen woorden voor , zo lekker en gezellig.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen und genießen. Hier erlebt der Gast eine königliche Behandlung.

Personal Cathy und Gregory leiten Per Sea mit sehr viel Herzblut. Sie sind ein junges Paar, welches sich excellent um seine Gäste kümmert: der Service ist zuvorkommend, Kommunikation läuft auf Englisch (bzw. Französich/Flämisch). Durch die Größe des B& B ("nur" 4 Zimmer) ist man immer nah am Gast und geht auf seine Wünsche ein. Sie haben beide Hotelerie studiert, was jede Sekunde spübar ist: ob in wunderbaren Gesprächen mit Gästen, beim Service oder bei der Zimmergestaltung. In Per Sea ist der Gast ist einfach König. Cathy ist die gute Seele des Hauses, der Sonnenschein und ein tolle Gastgeberin. Gregory brilliert als Küchenchef mit kreativen Ideen, agiert eher im Hintergrund und zaubert jeden Tag aufs neue phantasievolle Frühstückkreationen. Frühstück Champagner, tolle Fruchtsäfte, Tee und Kaffee satt sowie leckere und sehr kreative Appetizer lassen fast keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Brotsorten, Kaffeestückchen sowie frischer Obstsalat runden das Frühstück perfekt ab. Täglich wechselnde Ei-Kreationen (mal mit Bacon, mal mit gewürfelten Aal, mal pochiert) - immer sehr raffiniert und meisterhaft angerichtet. Fazit: gehobene Küche vom feinsten, Genuß pur. Frühstückraum bei gutem Wetter genoßen wir das Frühstück im Freien, sonst im lichtdurchfuteten Wintergarten oder im Frühstückraum, der mit seiner offnen Bauweise einen direkten Blick in die Küche erlaubt. Mehr Nähe zum Gast geht nicht, wir mochten es sehr. Zimmer Geräumiges, sehr modernes, helles Zimmer mit einer XL-Fensterfront. Fabelhaftes Licht abends bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Riesiges, sehr hohes Bett, fast jeden Tag fische Bettwäsche. Klimaanlage, separate Toilette, flauschige Bademäntel, Kaffeemaschine, kleine Minibar. Ein modernes wunderschönes Bad mit toller warmer Beleuchtung - inkl. zwei sehr praktischen, beleuchteten Schminkspiegeln, Whirlpool, Pflegeprodukte, Fön.

Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Sogar das Wetter war perfekt und darauf hat man wirklich keinen Einfluss :) Fortsetzung der POSITIVEN Eigenschaften (also was uns gefallen hat): Kleine Überraschungen Cathy hat uns jeden Tag (und wir verbrachten 10 wunderbare Tage in PerSea) ein kleines Geschenk aufs Kopfkissen gelegt: mal belgische Pralinen, mal eine kleine Tube Sonnencreme, Massageöl, Lippenpflege, Afer sun lotion, Reinigunstücher . Diese kleinen Überraschungen machten unseren tollen Aufenthalt noch schöner, als er ohnehin schon war. Als weiteres liebevolles Extra bekam ich täglich mehrere Sorten tollen, losen Tee zur Auswahl, welchen ich im Zimmer zubereiten konnte. Lage Auch wenn das B&B an einer Straße inkl. S-Bahn- Linie liegt, man hört beides kaum. Fazit Absolut empfehlenswert und jeden Cent wert. Man fühlt sich willkommen, sehr liebevoll umsorgt, wird verwöhnt. Wir verreisen oft, aber dieses B&B ist ganz besonders schön und wird mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail geführt. Großes Dankeschön an Cathy und Gregory :)

Zeer mooi concept. B&B met een voortreffelijk huiskamerrestaurant. Zelfs de hond was welkom in het restaurant. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Tevens ligt het strand op nog geen 5 min. wandelen. Geen nachtlawaai en zalige bedden. Goede nachtrust verzekerd!
