Exceeded all expectations for standards of accommodation and service - will definitely stay again!

Staff were excellent and very professional and attentive to everything needed. Breakfast was plentiful and as expected (Continental standard). Room was large, spacious (inc. bathroom), well equipped and comfortable. Car parking (paid - on site) was easy and secure.

Bedding pillow a little hard, and mattress too soft to my standard.

Relaxing stopover

Well run and clean hotel, easy access, parking in secure garage available. Very close to beach. Very spacious and quiet rooms, lots of choice at breakfast, good coffee. While they do not have a restaurant on site, there is a lot of choice in the surrounding area.

Personally would have preferred an earlier start to breakfast.

Additional fees for everything. Staff that wasn’t service minded, nor available or coordinated. Annoying smoking and noisy people on the balcony next to us, which the staff didn’t care about at all. No airconditioning in the room, making it extremely hot.

finding the toilet was unclean. someone had used it previously and not flushed. Also I found a full ashtray on my balcony table.

I am disabled and the disabled rooms are by the lift and reception so very noisy. The hotel has a hot tub, spa but charge by the hour to book and use these facilities.

room very spacious and confortable breakfast was fair and decent with many choices staff quite friendly

personally found the price a bit too high. But since it was my first time in the belgian coast that must be the prices there the entrance and reception had a strange smell, a mix of sweat and dirty sauna They do have a car parking but its paid extra, 10 euros for an open air parking behind the hotel or 20 euros for a garage box under the building

Spacious family suite, with very accommodating and absolutely friendly staff!

Front desk staff spoke English, which made our check-in process easy and painless! We stayed 2 nights in a family suite that was very spacious and nicely decorated with contemporary furniture. I loved that the kids bunk-bed were in a separate room inside the suite. The kids had their own TV and small wardrobe. There is a large deep bathtub and a separate walk-in shower, both with amazing water pressure. The main room has a large TV, small fridge, coffee maker, and a sitting area. The balcony was an added bonus! Excellent breakfast selection for everyone in the family. Our son's basketball tournaments were scheduled for 0830, and the staff was kind enough to allow us to have breakfast at 0720, before breakfast opened at 0800. There is hotel parking located behind the building, which made it easy to park our RAM truck.

I don't think our floor was vacuumed, because our feet got dirty after walking barefoot in our room. I suggest bringing house slippers, since there is no carpeting in the entire suite. My husband and I slept in the main room that has two twin beds pushed together. Unfortunately, both beds kept separating, which created a gap in the middle, so my husband had to adjust the beds at least 2X in the middle of the night. The pillows provided were the size of a decorative pillow, I would suggest bringing your own pillow. I don't think the AC in the room worked, because the room got very hot at night, even with the heater off. We had to keep the balcony and the kids window open throughout the night.

Great 2 days, comfortable stay, clean and effective.

Penthouse room, fantastic terrace. No great view but good to chill. Easy parking, free if min 2 days. Great bathroom, spacious, rain shower. Coffee machine and tea facility.

No internet connection possible on the TV. Dependent on TV programmes. Few restaurants open in vicinity in low or mid season. Not very personal. Well organized but minimal contact with staff.

Incredible service - perfect for a family

The hotel is perfectly located, very clean, has everything you need and a great breakfast buffet. But the staff and outstanding customer service are what made it one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Will definitely come back and highly recommend it!
