Beautiful hotel in the mountains...not for wary drivers or physically impaired.

Staff were great, rooms updated and comfortable, clean, views.

Parking was tight, had a lot of maneuvering to get out.

Stunning property with a view to match!

Everything!! Beautiful decorated and very stylish both inside and out. Monika couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. The views are breathtaking and it was even better than the photos. Breakfast was delicious and top quality. We went to a couple of trattorias that were within walking distance and both were first class. We didn’t have a car so walked into Malcesine, which is beautiful, and either got the local bus back, or got a taxi (which are very expensive). I would definitely stay again.

Monika’s property is outstanding. It is set up the mountain overlooking Malcesine. The property is spotless. The pool is lovely. Monika is a great host.

Amazing Guesthouse in a beautiful setting

This is a great base to stay and visit Lake Garda. You’re immediately made to feel welcome by the host, Monika & her team who could not have been any more friendly or helpful during our 5 day stay. The room was tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfy. The room including bedding was cleaned & changed everyday which was a pleasant surprise (5 star treatment) We loved the breakfasts - a wide selection for everyone including fresh eggs cooked to your preference. All served overlooking the great lake & mountain views and pool area. If you’re not out and about visiting picturesque lakeside villages, then the pool area is the perfect placed to relax and unwind. Special mention to Xena (the resident dog) who is adorable and is always happy to see you. We would definitely recommend this place to friends & family. Thank you for everything guys!!

Nothing really. A hire car is advised but if you’re able bodied then it is about a half an walk into town (Malcesine) which we did a couple of times when we wanted a drink. A taxi cost €20 if not.

The most beautiful views, amazing sunset, we can never get enough of it. A peaceful place. Monika is an amazing host and her breakfast is rich and extensive. The rooms are lovely. It was the second time we spend a week at this lovely place but it’s not the last time. In love with this place…

The location is great, you have an amazing look over the lake, very romantic sunset over the montains. We enjoyed staying at Guesthouse Grand View because everything is prepared with love and dedication away from the standard of big hotel chains. Furthermore, it is very quiet which we enjoyed. Unfortunately we did not book a balcony, but we would suggest you do, it is Italy :)

We absolutely loved the property - the pool is beyond stunning with views over the lake - it’s the most peaceful, relaxing and tranquil place we have ever visited. It’s also immaculately clean. Monika & Salvatore were such amazing hosts and so helpful in every way, also the breakfast is incredible! It’s perfect for a couples getaway

It’s a fantastic place - the only thing we would say is there isn’t really any shops close by (the town is a good 30-40 minute walk up / down steep climb but really easy to get a taxi (around 18 euro). We would recommend doing the walk at least once though as the views are simply STUNNING, definitely worth the burning leg muscles! It’s tough after a lot of food and wine though ;) Also if you are susceptible to mosquito bites we would recommend taking some spray / antihistamines as being up high we found there were a few - my partner suffered with some bites (luckily they don’t seem to like me!) and we told Monika and she kindly sprayed our room which solved the problem immediately.

Grandios und rundum perfekt

Selten an einem Ort gewesen, wo rundum einfach derart alles stimmt wie im guesthouse grand view. Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer, wirklich traumhafte Lage in wunderschöner Umgebung. Eine Oase der Stille und trotzdem ist man sehr schnell in Malcesine oder anderen schönen Orten. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar, das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet und sehr reichhaltig. Und dann ist da noch die Gastgeberin, Monica. Wie sie das macht und managt, ist fantastisch und überwältigend. Sie hat stets ein offenes Ohr, gibt tolle Tipps und Ratschläge und ist auch an ihren Gästen interessiert. Trifft man in dieser Art wirklich nur selten. (lieben Dank nochmals für alles). Einfach top.

Non vedo l'ora di tornarci

È un posto magico. Pace assoluta. Vista magnifica. Stanza molto spaziosa moderna ma non impersonale. Veramente bella. Con un terrazzo vista ulivi e lago. Meraviglioso. E la gentilezza di tutti. È un ambiente talmente rilassante che tutti sorridono. Credo che la maggior parte del merito sia di Monika la nostra ospite che è una persona estremamente accogliente. Colazione super. Che dire. Ci siamo ripromessi di tornare.

Die traumhafte Aussicht auf den See , der schöne Pool und die netteste Vermieterin ever. Auch dass es mittags Kuchen gab und wir eine Cafaschine im Zimmer hatten

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben, aber ohne e-bike wäre der Ärger in die Stadt schwierig gewesen. Mit Auto etwas beschwerlich. Fußweg haben wir nicht ausprobiert

Ein paar super Tage am Gardasee in einer hervorragenden Unterkunft mit toller Gastgeberin.

Unser großes Zimmer mit Riesen Terrasse. Allgemein war das Platzangebot in dieser Unterkunft sehr groß. Die Gastgeberin Monika war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Pool sowie die Aussicht beim Frühstück waren fabelhaft. Ebenfalls waren die Preise für Getränke angemessen.

Uns selbst fällt nichts ein, aber es sollte beachtet werden, dass der Weg zur beziehungsweise von der Unterkunft weg, anspruchsvoll ist. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 40 Minuten um nach Malcesine zu kommen.

Die Lage ist idyllisch und die Aussicht vom Pool und den Zimmer ein Traum! Es war auch alles super sauber! Ein kleines Paradies in Malcesine! Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und man fühlt sich beim ankommen schon wie zuhause! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Het uitzicht was uiteraard prachtig en de eigenaren waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Erg gemoedelijk🥰 We omen zeker weer een keer langs.

Rundum super !

Es war einfach wunderschön. Alles super sauber, die Gastgeberin Monika ist ein sehr lieber Mensch und berät auch gerne was man hier alles unternehmen kann. Wir haben unsere Motorräder dabei gehabt und wurden herzlichst empfangen und haben auch zwei Stellplätze für unsere Motorräder bekommen. Den Pool haben wir täglich genutzt, eine tolle Abkühlung mit super Ausblick. Ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen 😊
