Incredible 4 days, hotel was great and we will be back!
The hotel and amenities were great. We loved the pool and the bar, evening entertainment was great. The staff were so nice. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring lake Garda. The kids loved the pool and very family friendly so they got to play with lots of other kids too
You should allow pizza in the evening to be served anywhere in the bar area and not just in the designated pizza area. That felt like a rule that made no sense. You should add a jacuzzi to the pool area. And add free weights/dumbbells to the gym. Also if you have a shuttle you should use it more. The shuttle was never convenient. Should be every hour or even on demand - call for pickup. The town is so far to walk all the time so the shuttle should be more accommodating

Very big hotel in the most incredible location
It’s a very big hotel. It’s very clean. We were in a deluxe room which was very spacious with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. It’s quite dated decor. The location is probably the best on lake Garda. The most stunning little town. It’s a long walk to and from the town so you do need a car although the hotel does have a shuttle bus. The WiFi was brilliant. The breakfast was good and had everything you could need

It was a good location
I would rate it as a 3 star, no drinking glasses in my room, no kleenex in my room, no coffee or tea machine in my room. Food in restaurant was ok nothing to brag about. No sun umbrella on my terrace

Great family stay
-Food was great, different varieties everyday for breakfast and dinner -Room was spacious with good working AC -Great facilities especially for families -Staff were excellent, everyone was so friendly and helpful
-Our bathroom and some of the facilities were dated and weak/no wifi in the room but strong in other areas of the hotel -no kettle for tea/coffee in the room

Friendly staff, clean room, good beds, garage with charging possibility.
Good spacy junior sweet, very clean. Possibility to charge electrical car! Nice pools! Parking garage at low cost.
