The room view is great on the olives garden

The room view is the best thing in the hotel

The check in process is took long time which is un normal while we are coming from a long trip . Rooms decor and choice of colors not fit and there is no room clean service.

Excellent place for a family vacation

Great location and swimming pool,. Dedicated bike storage space. Excellent view from the Garda lake facing rooms. Spacious rooms and terrace. Washing machine and dryer available for free.

Great for family stay

We stayed 2 nights in this apartment complex, it’s new, the room was spacious and very clean, nice balcony with spectacular view on Garda Lake and Olive Garden is a good bonus. This facilities are very good for family travelers who wants to cook. The room has fully equipped kitchen. We liked swimming pool and table tennis in the garden. The residence complex is located in 20 min walk distance from cable car and 25-30 min walk from the Malcesine village center. We recommend to rent a boat in malcesine port, it’s great experience when you are allowed drive the motor boat by yourself.

No drinking water in the room, very limited number of cosmetic is available: no hand soap, just couple of very small shower gel bottles. You should manage you energy if you decide to go to the center of the village by walk. There is very limited options to order a taxi, you will have to go back 2-3 km by walk as well.

Absolutely fantastic place for families looking for a great rest. Location was more then perfect for us, very easy to reach a lovely city centre and be on the beach within couple of minutes. Our apartment was very specious, perfectly equipped with everything we needed. One bedroom was really big, the second one, connected to the kitchen, also. The bathroom with a huge shower cabine was ideal for two adults and two children. On the top of that, our apartment was equipped with a really big tarrace with entrances to both rooms. Fantastic view (the lake on the left, mountains on the right) made us a little confused: we didn't know if we should go to the beach or continue our breakfast watching this panorama. Last but not least - personnel of Residence Malcesine is just brilliant ! Katy and Marisa; we would like to sent our huge thanks for your hospitality. See you as soon as possible !

Superb

This is a great place to stay. We were staying for one week during the holidayseason summer 2022. Great facilities, nice and accommodating staff, perfect view of the Garda Lake and all necessary resources nearby (beach, downtown Malsicine, grocerystore and so on). We will definitely come back!

The pool area is great (for adults), but for the very little ones it could be better.

Residence Malcesine is a wonderful place. Comfort, privacy, view are great. Our room had a view on the north end of the lake. No photos can do justice to the real scenery. Facility is new, fresh and clean. You can always count on the help of the staff. Katy is the most welcoming person, with great attention to detail.

The location is fantastic, great view at Lake Garda, pool and green areas is wonderful, top service from staff.

Just opened in start July meant that the appartment and hotel was not fully equipped. But due to the location and fine surroundings it did not matter - I am sure they will be on top be now.

Modern facilities; comfortable apartment; nice swimming pool; nice panoramic view from nearby olive trees.

Staff still not totally running processe so well; too long check-in/out process; no WiFi informed at check-in; a lot of noise when nearby hotels/pensions bring their trash to the public container near the property, a disaster for late sleepers; a lot of noise from ppl when leaving early morning on Sunday, I would not recommend booking the lower rooms, a lot of noise from the upper trampling booked rooms.

Wir waren auf der Seite Malcesine, Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Es sehr schönes geräumiges Zimmer, Küche ist mit viel Geschirr ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und sauber, Pool perfekt, nettes Personal … was braucht man mehr 😊 Zum Altort Malcesine gute halbe Stunde zu Fuß.

Zůstali jsme jen 2 nocí, tak jsme nic negativního nezaznamenali. Moc příjemné a čisté ubytování.

Skvělý a čistý apartmán v olivovém háji, byl tam úplný klid. Na lanovku na Monte Baldo asi 1,5 km pěšky, bez starosti s parkováním. Do města hezká procházka cca 2 km. Krásný bazén, ve kterém se děti vyřádily. Milý a snaživý personál. Parkování před rezidencí za plotem nebo v podzemní garáži.

Z přízemního apartmánu bylo jezero vidět opravdu jen při velké snaze, ale i pohled do vzrostlých olivovníku jsme si užili.

Très bel endroit pour passer quelques jours en famille. L’accueil est parfait, l’hôtel est situé un peu à l’écart du centre, donc très calme. La piscine est superbe, vous pouvez commander à manger et à boire également.

Tolle, moderne, saubere Unterkunft. Pool und Gartenanlage sehr schön. Zimmer mit Terrasse super. Brötchen Service super. Parkmöglichkeiten auch gut. Hochwertige Liegestühle, große Sonnenschirme. Personal sehr freundlich

Zu Fuß ins Zentrum etwas weiter entfernt. Etwa 20-30 Minuten leicht Bergauf. 1-2 Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen wäre super gewesen. Toaster und Eierbecher hatten wir in der Küche vermisst, ansonsten gut ausgestattet

Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin reisen.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zusätzlich war der Balkon sehr geräumig und schön.

Der Weg in die Stadt war zu Fuß erreichbar, jedoch läuft man etwas länger.
