We stayed in a spacious suite that had enough room for four people. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were excellent. The property is just meters from the lake and the beach can be reached by a private underground passage.
Parking on site is limited. If you don’t come early, parking can be a bit of a tight squeeze. When we stayed, there was a drainage problem in the shower and the water reached the bedroom, but we notified the staff and they resolved the problem.

Freundliche Begrüßung; Klimaanlage; ausreichend Parkplätze; Balkon(e) stehen zur Verfügung; direkter Unterführung zum Strand; gutes Restaurant; sehr gutes WLAN; es steht kein Aufzug zur Verfügung; großer Fernseher
Gäste werden teils kühl und unfreundlich behandelt; Zimmerpersonal kommt ohne vorherige Ankündigung ins Zimmer; Strand fällt klein aus und ist rasch belegt; Lage zwischen Malcesine und Navene suboptimal (jeweils 2 km), Urban Bus-Ticket erforderlich; sehr hoher Verkehrslärm; wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, fehlende Belüftung
